I was employed by Principal Insurance – later employed by their “top agent”, Wilbert G. Swieso, CLU, ChFC. Not only did I see this pattern take place to countless victims, I was also targeted, resulting in the above fraud, suspected homicide of my family members, attempted murder of me and more. Mr. Swieso also targeted my neighbors who were left dead and/or never seen again. He is seizing control of property in order to carry out his “secret sideline” described here ===> Click: Marla

In addition to the gruesome crimes that accompany Mr. Swieso’s “secret sideline” it appears he is changing beneficiaries and distributing funds among those he recruits. New homes, vehicles, much more. Others are “planted” near his targeted victims – vultures who rob, rape and serve as “credible witnesses” that nothing took place. Once recruited, the loyalty is to Mr. Swieso.

After serving his purpose, Mr. M. was annihilated. Same with another employee of Principal Insurance, Diane F. (From what I understand, another fraudulent insurance policy to pay off Diane’s family.) Now it appears that Mr. Swieso has recruited the current managers of Principal Insurance to cover up for him and may likely explain the escalation in death threats against me for exposing this.

Diane F. pled for help, saying she was poisoned with intent to kill. Due to her behavior while being poisoned, no help. Deceased age 39. I am saying the same thing was done to me – again, no help. I am now on “borrowed time.” Mr. M’s called me 2 wks prior to his suicide, distraught, saying I would not understand. I saw this same pattern with others – there is no doubt in my mind that Mr. M was being poisoned as well. Once a person’s credibility and reputation are destroyed, no one cares or questions the deaths. Same with the elderly, who Mr. Swieso specializes in. An outsider does not see the pattern of death that follows Mr. Swieso’s offers of “help with home repairs.” Someone is always sick / dying, often followed by more forged insurance papers and fraudulent legal documents as he cites his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.”

I learned first hand how hospitalization leaves no one home as the unauthorized reconstruction continues without the owner’s knowledge or consent. In my case, the suspected homicide of my handicapped uncle was timed to precision. That allowed Mr. Swieso to conspire in the fraudulent legal documents (appointing himself “Successor Trustee” to my family’s properties in an Irrevocable Trust) for what ensued. He also conspired with a Water District (his pension client) in a fraudulent insurance policy – stating I was THEIR employee with Mr. Swieso appointed “beneficiary.” With my final departure underway, illegal distribution of assets, as his associate told me I would be meeting the others, “in another world.”

In addition to the suspected homicide of my family, our income properties taken by fraud, stripped of a means of survival, left unemployable, robbed of all belongings; raped, poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras, pets killed and/or harmed. My siblings are lined up for execution next – they too, served their purpose. This works on a “rotation system.” It is not over until all victims are OUT – no witnesses left behind.

Group Calls for Fresno Police Chief to Resign

Fresno – Dozens of people gathered in front of the Fresno Police Department, calling on Police Chief Jerry Dyer to step down, or be fired.

This, in response to a string of officer involved shootings, that have killed several suspects.

“It’s shoot first, ask questions later. If that can’t be stopped then chief dyer needs to go. We’re saying he needs to go,” said Juan Avitia, a protest organizer with the grassroots community group Fresno Brown Berets.

Among the protestors, relatives of 32-year-old Steven Vargas who died when an officer opened fire, after he crashed into a parked van on McKinley Avenue.

“He was not on parole, he did not have a weapon. How do you justify shooting someone 9 times?” said Jessica Villanueva, a relative of Vargas.

In each incident, Chief Dyer says the officers found themselves in a situation where they feared for their lives.

But family members say, that doesn’t console them.

“We want justice. We have to stand up against this, that was not okay for them to kill him,” said Becky Barrena, a relative of Vargas.

So far this year, there have been 11 officer involved shootings in Fresno, 6 of them deadly.

Last year, there were 8 officer involved shootings, and two were fatal.

The chief has said each shooting was justified.

“We don’t want to sit back and watch police shoot people, and mothers grieve, and not do anything about it. We want to show the community, it can be done, you can stand up to the police,” said Avitia.

The Fresno Police Department says they have no comment about today’s protest.

COINCIDENCE OR NOT:

The City of Fresno conspires with Wilbert Swieso (former employee of the City) in targeting various residents for elimination. In some cases, poisoning the victim to create a monster is how the City of Fresno justifies the atrocities. I know, because it was done to me. It was done to my friend (now deceased.) More.

With unknown chemicals continuing to be administered without my knowledge, the City of Fresno set my my family and neighbors up for annihilation in order to seize control of our properties so they could be rebuilt on top of the secretly replaced water system. Mission accomplished. My family and neighbors on 3 sides left dead; properties taken by fraud; shoddily rebuilt without permits or inspections. With my credibility totally destroyed due to my behavior while being poisoned, in addition to public records altered to cover up the evidence of what took place, then-Mayor Alan Autry instructed the risk analysts behind this to commit perjury to call me a “liar.” I was prohibited from help, justice for the murders, or restitution for what took place. I was not even allowed to file a report. Instead, I was issued death threats and sexual harassment if I continued to expose this.

Robbed, raped, poisoned, hidden cameras, tapped phones, pets killed. Reports to Police were disregarded as I continued being called a “liar.” Even after providing a copy of verified VIN altering, Police called me a “liar.” (Eberwein Auto Repair.)

Home left a shambles, now setting on top of corroded, clamped sewer and water lines; insurance sabotaged so I could not file a claim for anything. My home was built in 1942 – owned by my family since the early 60s. It was well-built and in immaculate condition – it is now crumbling. Be sure I did not authorize to have it rebuilt without permits or inspections, let alone on top of this trash. This alone should be verification enough of the horrible condition I was being kept in as all this took place – doing this to someone while they are a care provider is as low as it gets. The City’s unaltered water layout further verifies exactly what took place.

It was not intended I would still be alive. Fraudulent legal documents had been prepared; fraudulent life insurance policy as well.

Despite a reward for information, facts behind the “unsolved” murder across the street are not allowed, because it took place behind more secret replacement of the water system, followed by more altered public records to cover up the evidence. His next-door-neighbors lied about the facts before, during and after the shooting murder because they were involved in the preparations for what ensued. They moved around the corner and not only repeated the process, they were again used as “credible witnesses” that nothing took place on my family’s and neighbor’s properties – including burglary, major reconstruction, suspected homicides and attempted murder. Discrediting their victim (poison, hidden cameras, fraudulent lawsuits, etc.) is how the City and their mob get by with the atrocities.

Example: This man was poisoning me with attempt to kill. He boasted of eliminating his former wife and her family, describing her behavior the same as mine while being poisoned. He said I would be meeting them, “in another world.” Signatures of his former wife were verified by an expert handwriting analyst as being FORGED. Yet all he had to do was call me “crazy” – it was never looked into.

I am not familiar with the Police shootings although I recently read that one of the victims had chemicals in his system. So did I – administered without my knowledge. Turning me into a nightmare to justify heinous crimes committed against my family, neighbors and me. Stripped of all human and civil rights, left unemployable and in fear for my life, the City of Fresno made me appear as a criminal while portraying themselves as victims – no one sees beyond the smokescreen.

The problem in getting help, however, is that this upstanding, influential couple have all the support due to their impeccable reputations. It doesn’t matter that prior to what they and their mob did to me, my reputation was also impeccable – their LIES override evidence. After all, this is one of Fresno’s most “honest” and law-abiding couples, eh? With time running out for me, I am finally going to expose the TRUTH about this “lovely” couple – their all-American family. I apologize to their sons in advance – I know they love their parents. I loved my parents too. No one, including these gentlemen, would have stood by and allowed their family to be wiped out and properties taken by fraud in order to rebuild on top of a secretly replaced water system as done to my family, neighbors and me. All I asked was for Wilbert to take a lie-detector test regarding the deaths of my parents – he has refused, while continuing to discredit me and tarnish the name of my family. I have seen him destroy the legacies of others as well – that way no one cares or questions their deaths.

WILBERT G. SWIESO, the self-proclaimed mastermind behind the secret replacement of the valley’s water system is explained on my page. Leaving a trail of forged and fraudulent legal documents and insurance papers as the “path is cleared.”

WANDA L. SWIESO Another self-proclaimed “chameleon” and recovering alcoholic, who appears to have a deep hatred / resentment toward those who consume alcohol. This woman describes most other women as nothing but “no good, drug addict whores.” I assume most of them she is in contact with are – since that is one of the side affects from the unknown chemicals being used in order to annihilate and/or manipulate victims as her husband did to me. That allowed him to carry out the horrors described in the above link. I was told by their friend Buzz, he was caught having sex with others, which is why this woman is so hateful towards women. She assists in creating the problems she then portrays herself to be a victim of. She has no tolerance for women who have sex prior to or outside of marriage. In fact, according to Wilbert, she is so strict about this that she will not even allow him to watch TV programs that imply or hint of such acts! So while Mrs. Swieso wants to be looked upon as some kind of virginesque prima donna, keep in mind that according to Wilbert, this 80-yr-old woman was having sex with multiple partners while they were dating back in the 1950s!! He said she “trapped him into marriage.” Public records verify their marriage took place prior to the birth of son # 1. More shocking is how Wilbert carries on that son # 1 is not his! How is THAT for such a puritan?

While Wilbert and Wanda want the public to believe they have the perfect marriage, behind closed doors, Wilbert carries on and on how Wanda destroyed his life, which is why he cheated on her throughout their marriage i.e., the Raisin Queen, Buck’s sister (“runny eggs”), son # 1’s mother-in-law, Bakersfield Betty, and others. He says she is “crazy” – going on screaming rampages that last for hours on end. Sleeping on the couch is not enough because, according to Wilbert, she gets up in the middle of the night to continue her psychotic tirades. They both admit that Wanda has had to be institutionalized in the past – Wilbert implied he may have to have her re-admitted!

SON # 1 Mr. Swieso says he taught him the plumbing business so he could use him. As daddy tears up his victim’s plumbing in order to secretly replace the water system, he calls upon his son for repairs. Using his son as a “cover”, his victims do not suspect daddy of wrongdoing – he makes it appear that he does not even know anything about plumbing!

Back in the 80s, Wanda used to curse son #1’s wife behind her back, saying she could not wait to go through all her belongings – then she would finally have the daughter she always wanted. Since she never had a daughter of her own, she wanted to be her granddaughter’s mother! Unlike the support given to son # 2 when he talked of divorce, Wilbert and Wanda pushed this son to divorce his wife. She and Wilbert’s joy over the death (“mysterious” illness) of their daughter-in-law (2002) could hardly be contained. Espcially the timing. Wilbert gave his son instructions on when to stop making payments on the house they were buying, then he stepped in and paid cash, carrying on that his daughter-in-law nor her family would ever see 1 cent. Wilbert wanted to be paid back for the money he helped them out with, when they bought the house. What about her family who also helped? He said they would get NOTHING. When people saw the obituary, they telephoned Wilbert at the office – he could not have been more nasty and disrespectful – he sounded like his wife with his description of a no-good, drug addict whore. Then I overheard him remind his granddaughter that she was better off without a sick mother – just as he told me when my handicapped uncle died. (That was also timed – my uncle had to die before Wilbert could have the fraudulent legal documents prepared, conspiring with his attorney [fake?] appointing himself, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties, despite an Irrevocable Trust! Click here) The Swiesos were overjoyed with their son’s new lady friend – because according to them, she had a lot of money. And a lot of relatives – doesn’t that mean a lot more properties to “turn over?”

A lawyer for the state Franchise Tax Board was jailed last weekend after harassing Sacramento City Councilman Robbie Waters and dozens of other people over the election of President Bush.

“I was going to Bel Air to mail a letter and pick up some steaks for dinner, and this guy just went off,” Robbie said. “He said, ‘Hey, Robbie Waters. Why don’t you punch me in the face? Your man Bush won, and you’re real proud. Come on, kick me, you (expletive).’”

Robbie, a former cop and Sacramento County sheriff, decided not to tangle with the man, Craig Swieso, even when he followed Robbie into the supermarket on Rush River Drive. The councilman called police and waited in the market manager’s office. “For the first time in my life, I just walked away,” Waters said. “I wanted to get my steaks home.”

Police arrested Swieso, 46, when he refused to calm down. “I made an ass of myself,” Craig said. “I was confronting affluent white males about voting for Bush. They swagger like they they are tough. I was asking them how tough they really are.” Swieso, who is white, spent eight hours in jail. “The inmates were incredibly polite,” he said. Swieso thinks medication contributed to his outburst. “That’s no excuse,” he said, adding his new goal is unseating Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. …

“PG&E Smart Meters Under Fire” (Fresno, CA)

Below is a copy of an article that appeared in today’s news, regarding unexplained increases in utility bills. The public is blaming PG&E’s new Smart Meter system.

In the past, I too, was blaming my electric meter for the additional $900+/- to my utility bill one month. Other months, regardless of what I did, my bills were in excess of what they should have been. My parents, who lived next door until their deaths, experienced the same problem. But there was no help – no explanation. We were told that nothing was wrong with our meters so unless we paid, we would be shut off.

Have you read my blogs pertaining to Fresno’s utility poles being switched, relocated, reconnected by a group who is not authorized? The hearing called by State Senator Dean Florez drew a standing room only crowd of folks upset about their PG&E bills. Florez opened the Fresno meeting saying, “We really would like to get to the bottom of some of these skyrocketing power bills.”

Cynthia Baldwin is among many Fresno customers who saw their bills double, tripled or even quadruple over the summer. She said, “How did my bill go from 3 hundred dollars to almost 11 hundred, it didn’t make such sense.”

The steep rate jumps occurred as PG&E installed Smart Meters in hundreds of thousands of homes in the Central Valley this summer. The utility claims it’s not the meters that caused the increase in electric bills, but rate hikes approved by the state, that the public may not have been aware of.

PG&E spokesman Jeff Smith explained that, “PG&E did a terrible job of explaining the rate increase that took place in March, and the impact that was going to have on customer bills, especially in the summer.”

PG&E insists the meters are accurate but Mark Toney of TURN, The Utility Reform Network says there could be a number of problems in the Smart Meter system. He said, “It’s possible the meters are reading correctly but somewhere in the system before somebody gets the bill there’s a breakdown. We need to find out and ratepayers deserve an answer as to what the problem is and how to fix it.”

The state Public Utilities Commission has ordered PG&E to respond to customer complaints by inspecting and testing the computerized Smart Meters.

PG&E notes that many customers do not understand the billing system, which consists of 5 levels. In the first level, Fresno customers pay on 11 cents per kilowatt hour used. But in the 5th level, or tier, it rises to 44 cents per kilowatt hour. On a hot day with the air conditioning on, usage can quickly rise into the higher tiers. The rate hike approved by the PUC in March affected only the top tiers, thus resulting in dramatic increases for many customers.

City of Fresno threatening residents with lawsuits

The City of Fresno’s Dept. of Public Works is conspiring with former employee, Wilbert G. Swieso, in secret replacement of the city water system. Private properties are being rebuilt on top of this new water system without permits or inspections. Various structures are removed while others are expanded. Streets widened; alleys narrowed.

As these properties are resold, parcel maps are illegally altered in escrow to line up to the new property lines. These altered parcel maps are then presented to the neighbor as “proof” that their property is overlapping by several feet and unless the problem is rectified immediately, at their expense, they will be sued. Aerial views are then altered to further make it appear that nothing changed. With all the evidence covered up in order to make it appear that things were always this way, Public Works denies all knowledge or responsibility.

As you can see, by the time the process is over, all property lines have been changed. All structures now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines. Major building, health, safety and environmental code violations being covered up by THE CITY OF FRESNO!

They were finally caught in action, which resulted in perjury, death threats and sexual harassment against me. This is behind secret water diversion.

FRESNO: Have you seen this man?

Volunteering with so-called, “home repairs” throughout Fresno, CA.

One person recognized him from yesterday’s bulletin – he was seen “working” FOUR properties on one block; even had one long-time (15-yr) tenant “vacated” by raising the rent and lying to the neighbor about the reason that tenant moved out. Property lines were altered; using altered parcel maps he had the neighbor threatened with a law suit, accusing them of their property overlapping – demanding it be rectified OR ELSE! This man is carrying out illegal altering of the city water system – reconstruction without permits or inspections; public records altered to cover up the evidence.

Residents are “planted” to avoid complaints or witnesses as this man’s “secret sideline” continues. Others are “planted” to raise hell so neighbors will relocate. Also “planted” to cause damages, allowing Mr. Swieso to step in under the guise of “volunteering help with repairs.” In some cases, clamped water lines are loosened in order to create mold lawsuits or insurance claims; when done in conjunction with insurance fraud – tenant ends up owning all. Once the “path is cleared” the city enters the picture for the major alterations i.e., street widening, cutting off front lawns, much more. Public records are then altered to make it appear that things were always as they are now.

Mr. Swieso is always appearing as doing “volunteer” work. He volunteered for Adopt-A-Highway at the same time requesting his portion be near the city’s major construction. He bought several nearby vacant lots from the City, had them excavated in order to replace and tie in the new water system to the main line. Vacant lots were then resold. (If the City wanted this done they would have done it prior to selling the lots! There is no record of what took place.)

He gains access to his insurance clients’ properties with offers of “help with home repairs.” Sewage back spills, reconstruction, illness, death and in some cases, forged and fraudulent papers follow.

His work crew talks of injecting urine, feces and poison into the water lines as this takes place, which may be linked to the trail of illnesses and death. At this point, Fresno’s tap water is so foul and nasty that pregnant women, babies and people with compromised immune systems are advised not to drink it. Boiling it increases the hazard. As you can see, with all properties throughout Fresno now setting on top of clamped sewer/water lines, poisoning the water system can now be done with a mere screwdriver. Cross-connected lines also involved.

No authorization, permits, inspections or safety precautions being used – major health, building, safety and environmental code violations. Asthma, sick-building syndrome, staph/MRSA (from raw sewage discharges) linked to this operation.

Mr. Swieso is a former employee of the City of Fresno. He has the Dept. of Public Works in “his pocket” as they conspire in secret replacement of the water system. The FBI’s 5 1/2-yr investigation did not uncover the “secret water operation.” This, a 50-yr operation, is linked to our valley’s water shortage.

Secret water diversion.

No one oversees or questions what Public Works is doing. The Planning Dept. is being overridden as unauthorized major alterations to the entire city are being made. Utility poles relocated; tapped phones, hacked computers; utility theft. Talk of hidden cameras linked to these poles and new connections – inside and outside. The code violations appear to be resulting in excessive Electromagnetic Frequencies, extremely dangerous to the public. CLICK: Warning! Parcel maps are illegally altered in escrow to make it appear that nothing has changed. Disclosure laws kicked aside as structures re-sold as “original.” Aerial views altered. Old directories altered to cover up the evidence of this barbaric operation.

The City of Fresno risk analysts, who are involved in this operation, committed perjury to have a Restraining Order issued against me – I am prohibited from reporting this to anyone at the City of Fresno. Death threats and sexual harassment followed.

Lots of solar farms are planned for CA. In fact, plans are underway for the WORLD’S LARGEST SOLAR FARM to be built in the Fresno area. It will occupy thousands of acres. Another solar farm has been built in Mendota, where more farm land has been turned into a “dust bowl.”

Keep in mind that behind CA’s “water shortage” is 50 yrs of secret replacement of the water system which, according to the self-proclaimed mastermind, was done for the sole purpose of diverting the water source. The joke is that no one, including farmers without water, will “ever figure it out.”

He said it tied into the 50 yrs he invested in his “secret water operation.” If Mr. Swieso was referring to the new solar farms, which there can be little doubt of, that would mean the solar farms were planned even earlier than 2001. It would also mean that the 50-yr secret replacement of the water system aka: water diversion is linked directly to the solar farms. (And the upcoming casinos, per Mr. Swieso’s partner, Jeffry C. Winslow.)

Also interesting is that Westland’s Water District is often mentioned. Mr. Swieso is the Pension agent for Westland’s Water District. I mention this because he is also the Pension agent for several other Water Districts, one of which conspired in a fraudulent insurance policy. With plans for my final departure underway, not only did Mr. Swieso conspire in having fraudulent legal documents prepared, appointing himself, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties (in an Irrevocable Trust), he enrolled me in a fraudulent insurance policy – stating I was an employee of ___________’s Water District, with Mr. Swieso appointed “beneficiary!” Are all these Water Districts corrupt and conspiring with Mr. Swieso in “clearing the path” behind secret water diversion?

Lies and heinous crimes behind Alan Autry’s “water shortage”

We are seeing and hearing more from Fresno’s former Mayor Alan Autry re: the valley’s “water shortage.” He carries on with grandiose performances, expressing his anger over the injustices.

In reality, this man is covering up heinous crimes against property owners as properties are seized to secretly replace the water system. According to his associate, Wilbert G. Swieso (who claims to be the mastermind with 50 yrs invested into this operation) – this is behind the very water shortage that Mr. Autry conveniently fails to mention. SECRET WATER DIVERSION!!! In fact, reporting the horrors resulted in Mr. Autry instructing a Restraining Order against me to STOP the truth from being exposed!

Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst mentioned in the above letter, is the very person who committed perjury to deny my reports – he has since refused to acknowledge me, leaving me no help, answers, or recourse for what the City of Fresno did to my family, neighbors and/or me.

Replacement of the city water system entails unauthorized “renovations” to all structures. Carried out over the course of 50 yrs, when this “water shortage” was first planned. It also entails widening of every street, replacement of every sidewalk, excavation of every lawn. Various structures removed as others shifted down in a “ripple effect.” Mr. Autry, who misguides the focus, wants recognition for leading the public to believe that such alterations are done for the benefit of the public.

If anyone verified what Alan Autry claimed to be doing they would find altered parcel maps and aerial views to cover up these very alterations being carried out! Because it is not authorized – he is using an unlicensed, unauthorized group, creating massive health crisis as raw sewage is being discharged – knowingly leaving a trail of illness, infections, death. The reconstruction is done without permits or inspections. Massive health, building, safety and environmental code violations being created. Every structure left setting on top of clamped sewer/water lines, which property owners are left responsible to maintain. That is why he has records altered to cover all this up – making it appear that things were always as they are now, so he can avoid claiming knowledge or responsibility. Including the ADA violations that continue to escalate as this continues. He has opened the City of Fresno up for massive lawsuits – altered records are not enough to excuse or cover this up.

I personally saw/heard his ringleader force property owners into bankruptcy as he laughed, “Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy.” He did it to the owner of the property his son was living in, then when it went into foreclosure he stepped in and paid cash for it! I am describing a local insurance agent / estate planner who is preying on his clients – forging documents and insurance applications. I saw him forge my neighbor’s signature on an insurance application after the city risk analyst set them up to be eliminated – citing his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.” More city water lines replaced; more unauthorized major reconstruction; more altered records in escrow; more lies from the City of Fresno that none of this took place.

Mr. Autry’s other ringleader boasts of eliminating his former wife and her family in order for secret replacement of the water system (city and private properties.) Trail of verified forgeries and suspected homicides being covered up. This is the same man who talks of a baby-selling ring – babies of murdered victims. In fact on several occasions he implied that his own grandson was stolen at birth (which may explain a 1/2-Mexican boy from a blond-haired, blue-eyed couple.) This same man claimed to conspire with home health in having the gold-filled teeth removed from my handicapped uncle (Down’s syndrome, totally bedridden last 5 1/2 yrs), prior to his death. Says this is done regularly via hidden cameras connected to all the additional utility poles, which allows for easy burglaries, switching medications, duplicating keys, raping and even killing. Electricity theft. Hacked computers, tapped phones, bypassing alarm systems. (They refer to themselves as “People Watchers.”)

The fraudulent bookkeeper among the group also talked of a baby-selling ring as she compares herself to Al Capone, saying no one will EVER catch her.

Same attorney for Mr. Polzin was used to prepare fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties. There is nothing to indicate he was a legitimate attorney – he was Mr. Swieso’s partner; they “shared” clients. Upon being reported, the attorney fled, never to be seen again.

Mr. Autry’s group is linked to the suspected homicides of my family members and attempted murder of me when done to our properties. In addition to having our properties torn apart and rebuilt on top of their new water system, the City of Fresno denies their own street widening, relocation of street lights, fire hydrants, utility poles, etc.

Properties were haphazardly rebuilt (with trash) on top of corroded, clamped sewer and water lines. These lines are tied into Alan Autry’s “infrastructure upgrade” which took place directly in front of these properties. More pipes down the new property lines, which go beneath the sidewalk and tree planter on Olive Ave. None of which could have been possible without total reconstruction of these properties – as done from one end of town to the other. This is what Alan Autry does not want the public to know about – nothing is standing as it was when originally built.

Entire cities have been rebuilt on top of this new water system – accomplished by annihilation of innocent property owners. Before you believe that Alan Autry is concerned about farmers without water, as the food and water shortage continue being created behind his “secret sideline” – know that his mob is laughing at the public for being so “oblivious” not to see what has been taking place right under their own noses. The joke is that the public will “never figure this out.”

That is because we trust our city officials – as we should be able to. We believe what they tell us. We never considered that they would blatantly LIE to property owners being deluged in raw sewage, leaving a trail of illness, infections, death – using their “release for clean-up” as their ticket of non-responsibility. We do not suspect they are conspiring in real estate fraud or suspected homicide so we don’t look at the trail of forgeries or properties taken by fraud. He have no idea they are having parcel maps illegally altered in escrow to cover up evidence of the major changes taking place without authorization, permits or inspections – including their own street widening! How could we know that behind their rewards for information regarding unsolved murders, the information is prohibited when linked directly to the City and/or their mob and the secret replacement of the city’s water system! We never questioned the city’s road work; we did not stop to verify permits or inspections; or question the excessive fires. Or they would have been caught decades earlier.

It appears that I am the first one to have gotten away before Alan Autry’s mob finished what they started. They are not done with me – reports are/were prohibited. Robbed, raped, family killed, properties taken by fraud, home rebuilt and left a shambles, vehicles switched (3x), reports prohibited, Left unemployable due to the years of poisoning and hidden cameras, ongoing death threats, I have been left pinned into a corner with no way out. Fresno Title Companies Illegally Altering Parcel Maps (and more)

Secret altering of the central valley water system began 50 yrs ago. Parcel by parcel, block by block, whether in-between sales, under the guise of “renovations”, while the property owners are being poisoned or sick/hospitalized, or blatantly murdered (all taking place to carry this out) ~ every structure ends up setting on top of the new water system. Instead of permits or inspections, public records are altered to cover up the evidence of cities being torn apart and rebuilt on top of this new water system.

The operation entails removal of various structures; expansion of others. Example:

Therefore, new deeds must be prepared, to make it appear that things have always been this way. Done at the title companies. At that moment, earlier records are “no longer available.”

Fresno title companies are also (knowingly) recording forged and fraudulent legal documents. They even conspire in recording fraudulent financing information on new deeds.

With disclosure laws kicked aside, buyers remain oblivious of the fraud and deceit.

All structures have been rebuilt; many without permits or inspections, entailing massive building / safety / health / environmental code violations.
All structures are now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines, which the property owner is held liable to maintain.

All utility poles have been replaced / relocated / reconnected. But not by PG&E – notice all the additional poles everywhere, so many poles they are now standing in the middle of sidewalks, creating more and more ADA violations. With PG&E’s records altered, there is no record for any of this either. The “People Watchers” (linked to Wilbert G. Swieso, self-proclaimed mastermind behind the entire operation) are behind this – boasting of hidden cameras inside of homes, offices and motels. They say this allows them to keep everyone closely monitored (including tapped phones, hacked computers) in order to continue the operation without leaving witnesses or complaints. Some of them talk of bypassing alarm systems (also connected to the poles) and a technique entailing “gassing through vents” which allows them to rob, rape, switch medications, even kill – laughing that no one will ever catch them or figure it out.

Behind Mayor Autry’s So-Called “Infrastructure Upgrade”

Preparations have been going on for 50 yrs; a new water system is now tied into the “infrastructure upgrade.” But not in compliance with State and/or Federal guidelines.
Many of the people behind this are not even licensed or authorized.

I learned first-hand how this is being carried out.

TERRORISM / SECURITY ISSUES – FRESNO / CENTRAL VALLEY

Organized crime ~ municipal corruption.

According to Kerry Trost, senior risk analyst for the City of Fresno, it was Mayor Alan Autry who authorized a Restraining Order against me for reporting what was done to my family and our properties as the city’s water system was secretly replaced. Death threats followed.

Wilbert G. Swieso is a former appraiser for the City of Fresno and head of their fake work crew. Self-proclaimed N*zi, claims 50+/- yrs behind this operation.

In order to sieze control of estates, unless done in-between sales he is running people off their property, forcing some into foreclosure, forging and altering legal documents and insurance papers of others as he recites his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.” Once the “path is cleared” heavy-equipment operators carry out their portion as Swieso’s work crews quickly carry out the reconstruction of private property and cover up the evidence. By the time it is over, more water lines have been secretly replaced; structures rebuilt; property lines changed; altered records and aerial views to make it appear that things were always as they are now.

After being lied to and set up by the risk analyst, the owner of the Laundromat across the alley was never seen again. Laundromat was stripped and torn apart, rebuilt on top of the city’s secretly replaced water system – verified on the City’s own water layout! Plat/parcel maps and aerial views were immediately altered to cover up what took place on the above properties. Yet most Fresnans will verify Olive Ave. was widened. The sewer layout further verifies relocation of storm drains, sewer manholes, fire hydrants, street lights, utility poles and REPLACEMENT OF THE WATER SYSTEM. Every single structure is now setting on TOP of the new water system.

Mr. Swieso claims this is the continuation of the late John Bonadelle’s “secret water operation” (CLICK: Leading Developer Indicted) yet he also admits to having his own operation that the city does not know about, while laughing at their incompetence. He said he has nothing to worry about because “they will never catch him.” He may have “piggybacked” his operation into theirs, which is how he and his work crews remain protected.

Above all, do not underestimate Mr. Swieso. He is closely linked to the various water districts and flood control agencies; he attends their meetings. He has boxes upon boxes of brochures, pamphlets, information pertaining to our water system. As a former employee of the City of Fresno he has maintained his contacts with the “right people” including local developers. He is an expert woodworker, has his own work crew for reconstruction and is hands-on in every aspect. He taught his son the plumbing business and uses him as a “cover” for so-called “repairs” after deliberate damages / alterations / sewage discharges. He is affiliated with far more than mentioned here. My point is that no one could possibly be more qualified to pull something like this off (which he proudly ADMITS!) Also keep in mind that no one oversees Public Works; there appears to be no accountability within that department. Hence the lies, perjury, death threats and sexual harassment against me – they finally got caught.

Note: Large parcel on upper right corner was an empty lot for several decades. It expanded as the other lots were removed and property lines changed. Once I publicly suggested that the lot be dug up to expose the new water system, 2 homes were immediately built there.

My story: After the “suspected” homicide of my family members, poisoning and attempted murder of me, my family’s properties as well as my home were torn apart and haphazardly rebuilt on top of the city’s secretly replaced water system. With my photographs and records stolen and parcel maps altered to cover up what took place, the senior risk analyst (Kerry Trost) was so sure of getting by with this he smirked, “Too bad – that is private property. You did not SEE us do it, so you cannot prove it.” He then had a Restraining Order issued against me, turning the tables and deeming ME a “danger to THEM” and prohibiting me from reporting this to anyone else at the City of Fresno! Death threats followed.

With all the evidence exposed, the Restraining Order issued against me is now officially recorded documentation of everything the City has invested 50 yrs into covering up. In an attempt to discredit me, they ultimately documented their own fraud.

My home had been rebuilt with trash; everything switched (down to doors/windows, rain gutters, flooring, toilets, etc.) Property lines altered. Homeowner’s insurance sabotaged.

Mr. Trost called me a “liar” including the new water connections and code violations. My garage was no longer hooked up separately; half was cross-connected to my house and the other half was connected to the property next door! Including my gas line! Reporting that resulted in more vandalism with more altering of gas, sewer, water lines covered in new cement – more death threats. Mr. Swieso conspired with a nearby water district (one of his Pension clients) in a fraudulent insurance policy, stating I was THEIR employee, with Mr. Swieso appointed, “beneficiary!” Clearly, it was not intended that I would still be alive – his associate told me they would be taking over my family’s properties, as I would be meeting the others, “in another world.” (His associate is the owner of a nearby resort who says that this operation will soon result in piped water through his campgrounds – elev. 6,500 ft. He also indicated this was linked to the upcoming casino in that area. THEY NEED WATER FOR DEVELOPMENT – this is where it is coming from!)

Since I was refused help and called a “liar” regarding what was done to my family’s properties (and my home behind them), I requested public information from Mr. Trost, specifically, the new water meter in the alley now located 8′ south of where the previous one was for over 60 yrs. And why Mr. Swieso was allowed to stick ME with the plumbing bill after it was relocated!

Mr. Trost angrily demanded, “That is YOUR problem, it is on YOUR property!” Upon reminding Mr. Trost that I do not own the alley nor maintain the city water meters, which is verified on the City’s own web site as shown below, he insisted, “THIS IS OVER!”

Properties on the other side of the alley were also extended into the alley, to compensate what was cut off front lawns when the street was widened. Water lines replaced and relocated several feet to the west. Update below.

Mosquito infestations accompanied this nightmare. Never, in the 40 yrs prior to this, had our above-ground pool been infested with mosquito larvae. That served to misguide the focus from what was taking place in the alley. (Is this behind Fresno’s West Niles disease?)

PERJURY ~ DEATH THREATS ~ SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Most recently, this was left on one of my blogs as another reminder that the City of Fresno is keeping me closely monitored. (Click on picture.) They are not done with me; they are ruthless. It will never end until I have been eliminated and new deed with revised measurements. They pinned me into a corner with no way out. (Below – posted 02/23/09)

Can you believe this?!? I was not arguing with the City – I totally agreed with their water layout, which verifies EXACTLY what took place. So they called me a “liar” and had a Restraining Order issued against me, followed by death threats and sexual harassment. What do they do to people who DISAGREE with their records?

We all want to believe that we are entitled to be safe in our own homes as well as protect family members and ourselves from harm. Just as we want to rest comfortably, knowing that our homes are in the same condition they were when they were built. The time has come to learn the truth about that and much more.

To completely replace a city’s overhead and underground utilities requires major alterations to every structure. It would seem that something of this magnitude without the public’s knowledge would be impossible. I suppose that is what has made it so easy to do right under our noses.

When is the last time you verified permits or inspections when you saw “renovations” taking place? Did it occur to you that anything was unusual when renovations took place on the next property 10 yrs later? Or 2 doors down 15 yrs later? Of course not. Below, you can see that every property line on this block was changed. The sewer layout further verifies that every structure was completely rebuilt on top of a new water system that was secretly being replaced throughout the years. No permits, inspections or record for any of this. Instead, parcel maps were altered in escrow as this went on. (Hence, no older records of Fresno.)

When is the last time you stopped to check with the City of Fresno whether their heavy-equipment operators were authorized to alter sewer/water lines. Or remove trees. Or cut front lawns back while widening streets. How many of us call PG&E when we see their workers on utility poles. We assume they are making improvements or repairs. Regardless of witnesses verifying the relocation and addition of utility poles throughout Fresno, PG&E’s records indicate no changes.

With all of the above being carried out in secret, no permits or inspections, can you imagine what the sewer/water lines on each structure look like? This short video describes the technique used in order to “clear the path” as done to me. Surround, discredit, isolate, and annihilate allows the perpetrators to step in and seize control of properties, assets, etc. My stalker, mentioned below, continues his attempts. Without the unknown chemicals being administered to me without my knowledge, he is having difficulty.

Not only does the City of Fresno pay their risk analysts to lie and set up residents to be eliminated, followed by altered records to cover up evidence behind unauthorized reconstruction of city and private property, by refusing reports for burglaries, ID theft, forged documents, suspected homicide and facts behind unsolved murders, they call their victim/s a “liar” then turn the tables by committing perjury to make their victim appear the criminal! By using a fake work crew, the city claims no knowledge or responsibility for the massive damages and code violations to private property as this continues. They deny their own street widening, relocation of fire hydrants, utility poles, storm drains and changes to property lines by altering parcel maps and aerial views. In the case of the Olive Ave., where people were killed and property taken by fraud, the sewer layout verifies who the “liars” and “criminals” are. This is a 50-yr cover-up; the biggest and most corrupt operation in CA history.

Mayor Alan Autry spent 8 yrs lying to the public about the water and so-called “infrastructure upgrade” while conspiring with Swieso, who proudly compares himself to “Hitler”, as the entire city was being turned inside out to completely and secretly replace our water, sewer and power systems. Innocent people robbed, raped, suspected homicides and unsolved murder/s in order to alter their properties without complaints or witnesses. ID’s taken over. Secret altering of an entire city’s sewer/water lines by a group who is not licensed or authorized, entails major sewage overflows. Staph / MRSA is being spread. Also keep in mind that contamination of the ground resulting from the ongoing and periodic discharging of untreated sewage creates a severe public health hazard. Despite a trail of illness, lung/respiratory, infections, amputation, death, soil testing is REFUSED!

Various pathogens and bacteria from raw sewage are airborne as well as waterborne. That includes pathogens from MRSA. Yet instead of addressing this issue, the City of Fresno reacted to the increase of staph / CA-MRSA by increasing medical benefits for themselves, while slamming the door on the public. It is therefore more important than ever to be aware of the potential threat we are now all facing. City of Fresno | Swieso | Suspected Homicides

Olive Ave., through Fresno’s historic Tower District, is a street lined with murders, suspected homicides, forged documents, real estate fraud, fires (18 fires within a 2-mi. radius), insurance fraud – all being covered up. For now I am zeroing in on a 2-block area in-between Fruit Ave. and Palm Ave.

I am the first survivor of the Alan Autry / Wilbert Swieso nightmare.

BEHIND SECRET REPLACEMENT OF THE CITY WATER SYSTEM – WATER DIVERSION

RECAP: After being poisoned and filmed with hidden cameras as “proof” that I was “crazy”, then-Mayor Alan Autry used his risk analyst to lie and set up my family, neighbors and me to be annihilated so they could seize access to these properties in order to rebuild on top of their new water system. To begin with, rather than any warning or chance to protect ourselves, we were repeatedly lied to about the cause behind repeatedly being deluged in toxic, infectious, disease-carrying, raw sewage.

Autry’s ringleader (Swieso, a long-time estate planner) used a fake attorney and fraudulent legal documents to override my family’s IRREVOCABLE TRUST, appointing himself, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties. Not only was that illegal – even if it was legal, I was not dead yet for him to take such liberties as what followed. With absolutely NO RIGHT TO TOUCH OUR PROPERTIES, the city conspired with Swieso in having our 2 Olive Ave. properties stripped, “gutted” and rebuilt on top of tie-ins to the new water system. With intentions of eliminating me, my home (totally separate from the Irrevocable Trust) behind these 2 properties was also robbed, gutted and rebuilt with trash on top of corroded, rotted, clamped sewer and water lines.

In preparation of my final departure, Swieso conspired with a nearby WATER DISTRICT in a fraudulent Long Term Care policy – stating I was THEIR employee, appointing himself “beneficiary” of the life insurance portion! His associate then informed me they would be taking over as I would be meeting the others, “in another world.”

After the haphazard reconstruction of these properties, Swieso conspired with the commercial property insurance agent in non-renewal of coverage as mold consumed 1 of the 2 buildings due to newly-clamped water lines loosened and covered with cement. (From what I understand, the “planted” tenant was going to sue and own all; no one would have ever known about the fraudulent legal documents. Due to the horrible films of me while being poisoned, my “disappearance” was/is expected.)

As a matter of interest, this same “attorney” is the one who handled the unsolved murder across the street, when this took place there. He also handled the estate of a deceased woman of another deceased man 2 doors down from the unsolved murder, linked to Swieso and several others behind this nightmare. (The “attorney” has since fled, never to be seen again.)

With no property insurance, forced to sell, Swieso then intercepted the realtor resulting in being cheated in excess of $ 1 million, which does not include generations of valuable contents and photographs that were stolen.

Autry also had his risk analyst set up my neighbor directly across the alley – he was never seen again; property also rebuilt without permits or inspections; more altered records to cover up the evidence. Signature on the new deed to my neighbor’s property looks like the same one (wife’s name) I saw Swieso forge on an insurance application while citing his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.”

As this continued, discharging of raw sewage continued. My next-door neighbor contracted hepatitis; his foot infection became so severe it had to be amputated; deceased age 50. Sewage back spills coincided with my handicapped uncle’s illnesses and hospitalizations. I endured ongoing illness and respiratory as well as years of excruciating cellulitis of both feet. Risk analyst’s response: “Not my problem.” (She had been lying about the cause of sewage back spills – parcel maps were altered to cover up the evidence of secret replacement of the city water system entailing cutting, altering and clamping sewer and water lines.)

The City of Fresno not only denies ALL OF THE ABOVE, they actually deny their own street widening (both streets), tree pulling, relocation of fire hydrants, street lights, utility poles, changes in property lines, etc. According to Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst, it was Alan Autry who instructed him to have a Restraining Order issued against me – committing perjury to call ME a “liar” followed by death threats and sexual harassment against me.

Not only is there a trail of this following Autry’s group, see for yourself that after 50 yrs of this taking place, there is nothing left standing as it was when originally built. This is how Fresno became the shambles it is – the entire city is setting on top of this mess. It appears that the City and their fake work crew have avoided complaints or witnesses to this by first “planting” the areas with people linked to this operation; anyone left in their way is poisoned, robbed and eliminated. (Swieso is also behind forcing various property owners into foreclosure, laughing, “Most people are one paycheck away from bankruptcy.”)

I have spent the past several years unemployed, isolated, monitored, and sabotaged from help as the death threats continue. My family, life, belongings, means of survival were taken from me. My life has been destroyed. Some time ago I was informed, “I may have made it further than any of the rest of them but for me there is no way out.” It is true – pinned into a corner with no way out, there is absolutely no way I can survive this nightmare much longer.

Autry’s Atrocities: One need not be suicidal to commit suicide

While lying to the public about the water situation, Fresno, CA’s former Mayor Alan Autry was having various property owners annihilated in order to seize control of their property to secretly replace the water system. Public records then altered to further deceive the public – making it appear no changes took place.

Trail of burglaries, ID theft, altered and forged legal documents, suspected homicides, unsolved murders being covered up. This is how Autry and/or his group avoid witnesses and complaints – elimination of their victims.

According to Kerry Trost, Sr. Risk Analyst, it was Alan Autry who instructed him to have a Restraining Order issued against me – after the annihilation of my family and neighbors, robbed, raped, poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras, fraudulent legal documents, properties torn apart and rebuilt on top of corroded, clamped sewer and water lines, told I would be meeting the others, “in another world” Mr. Trost committed perjury to call me a “liar” as he further prohibited me from reporting this to anyone else at the City of Fresno. Death threats followed if I continue to expose the operation.

As if I paid to have our properties torn apart and rebuilt without permits or inspections, on top of THIS!?! As done to my neighbors who were also lied to, set up before their suspected homicides and unsolved murders? Where are the permits or inspections? This trash is connected to the city’s secret replacement of the water system – same thing done throughout the entire city!

Calling me a “liar” was an invitation for more burglary; more vandalism; more rape. There are no consequences when linked to Autry’s secret water diversion project.

Parcel maps were altered to cover up the evidence of what took place but they forgot the sewer layout, which verifies exactly what I reported – including the widening of Olive Ave., which could NOT have been possible without the destruction to store-front properties, as done to ours. Most people in Fresno will also verify that Olive Ave. was widened. That is when the middle lane appeared.

Neighbors also verify that all the utility poles on the block have been relocated / adding more poles, which the City of Fresno and their group (including same risk analyst who lied and set us up for annihilation) also denies. (I have their names – they tried to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect the utility lines to my family’s properties! Upon mentioning PG&E, they reconnected, which cost me an additional $900+/- on my bill that month!)

Run off our income properties, left unemployed, in a home that is now a shambles, pinned into a corner in fear for my life – there is no way out. Alan Autry has all his bases covered – I am kept monitored (stalked) and sabotaged by his group with every attempt to seek help.

Without making assumptions or reporting me as being suicidal, I want to make something clear ….. one does not have to be suicidal to commit suicide. To begin with, suicidal people do not fight to stay alive. The truth, however, is that this is a losing battle. There is no way out – just as I was told long ago. Once targeted by Alan Autry and/or his mob, it is over before it begins. The preparations, cover-up, as well as the trail verify that targeted victims do not survive. (I was employed by Autry’s ringleader – I saw this done to countless others, but never realized the truth until it came my turn.)

Recap: William Wyatt Polzin was murdered behind the City of Fresno’s secret altering of the water system. His neighbors were involved in the preparations for what took place ~ major reconstruction to both properties as the sewer and water lines were replaced/altered. The neighbors then denied knowledge of ALL. Including the street widening, relocation of fire hydrant, utility poles, etc. Parcel maps and aerial views were altered to make it appear that nothing changed – evidence behind a cover-up. The fact that this information is not allowed to be included in the Polzin records is more evidence of a cover-up.

Names behind the Polzin tragedy are linked to the annihilation of my family and neighbors, 1/2 block to the east. In this case, the City of Fresno’s risk analyst lied and set us up for what ensued. “Suspected” homicides, poison / attempted murder of me, fraudulent and forged legal documents, fraudulent insurance policies, properties taken by fraud, rebuilt without permits or inspections on top of the City’s secretly replaced water system; properties resold by more fraud on deeds reflecting new property lines.

Same group, including the City risk analyst, targeted my neighbor directly to the east. More suspected homicide, structure torn apart and rebuilt on top of new water system. No record for any of it. More altered parcel maps and aerial views to cover up the evidence. (I saw Swieso forge the wife’s name on an insurance application as he cited his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.”)

The truth about the Polzin murder would expose the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA. Secret water diversion. THAT IS WHY THE POLZIN MURDER REMAINS “UNSOLVED.” That is why the City of Fresno prohibited me from even FILING A REPORT for the atrocities that took place on my family’s and neighbor’s properties.

Ringleaders (Swieso and Winslow) behind this are linked to Alan Autry who, according to the Sr Risk Analyst, is the person who instructed him to have the Restraining Order issued against me. Calling me a “liar” about this barbaric operation. Followed by death threats if I continue to expose this. The city’s own sewer layout verifies what they are doing ~ annihilation of property owners is how they are getting by with this without complaints or witnesses.

My offer to stop exposing the water operation in exchange for the murders to be addressed was not acceptable. Stripped of all civil and human rights, death threats against me continue to escalate. These people are not done until their victims are eliminated and deed altered to reflect new property lines, evidenced by their trail, which continues to more fraudulent and forged legal documents, suspected homicides behind more secret replacement of the city water system.
