Unsolved Polzin murder linked to Alan Autry’s cover-up

Despite a reward for information pertaining to the unsolved murder of William Polzin, the City of Fresno nor their Detective Ledbetter would allow the information.

I am referring to the same group, same motive, same lies regarding the suspected homicides of my family members and attempted murder of me, 1/2-block to the east.

Not expecting any witnesses to be left behind, this same risk analyst lied about the widening of Olive Ave., relocation of street lights, storm drains, fire hydrants, utility poles. Using altered records and “planted” neighbors as “credible witnesses” that none of this took place!

I am referring to the same “planted” neighbors who lied about what took place before, during and after the murder of William Polzin. Including their participation in the preparations for what ensued! They moved around the corner and repeated the process.

I am referring to the same estate attorney for William Polzin, who conspired in the preparation of fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties and the mother of another deceased gentleman across the street; the attorney fled after being reported to CA BAR Assn., never to be seen again. (I do not believe he was a legitimate attorney – he was the ringleader’s partner; they shared “clients.”

A portion of this group is linked to an ongoing trail of more fraudulent/forged (verified by licensed handwriting expert) legal documents and suspected homicides. Not only do they ADMIT to eliminating people and taking assets and property by fraud …..

I learned first hand that this is how the “path is cleared” for the City’s secret replacement of the city water system.

While lying to the public about the water situation, Fresno, CA’s former Mayor Alan Autry was having various property owners annihilated in order to seize control of their property to secretly replace the water system. Public records then altered to further deceive the public – making it appear no changes took place.

Trail of burglaries, ID theft, altered and forged legal documents, suspected homicides, unsolved murders being covered up. This is how Autry and/or his group avoid witnesses and complaints – elimination of their victims.

According to Kerry Trost, Sr. Risk Analyst, it was Alan Autry who instructed him to have a Restraining Order issued against me – after the annihilation of my family and neighbors, robbed, raped, poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras, fraudulent legal documents, properties torn apart and rebuilt on top of corroded, clamped sewer and water lines, told I would be meeting the others, “in another world” Mr. Trost committed perjury to call me a “liar” as he further prohibited me from reporting this to anyone else at the City of Fresno. Death threats followed if I continue to expose the operation.

As if I paid to have our properties torn apart and rebuilt without permits or inspections, on top of THIS!?! As done to my neighbors who were also lied to, set up before their suspected homicides and unsolved murders? Where are the permits or inspections? This trash is connected to the city’s secret replacement of the water system – same thing done throughout the entire city!

Calling me a “liar” was an invitation for more burglary; more vandalism; more rape. There are no consequences when linked to Autry’s secret water diversion project.

The City may have altered parcel maps to cover up the evidence of what took place, but they forgot the sewer layout, which verifies exactly what I reported – including the widening of Olive Ave., which could NOT have been possible without the destruction to store-front properties, as done to ours. Most people in Fresno will also verify that Olive Ave. was widened. That is when the middle lane appeared.

Neighbors verify that all the utility poles have been relocated / adding more poles, which the City of Fresno and their group (including same risk analyst who lied and set us up for annihilation) also denies. (I have their names – they tried to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect the utility lines to my family’s properties! Upon mentioning PG&E, they reconnected, which cost me an additional $900+/- on my bill that month!)

Run off our income properties, left unemployed, in a home that is now a shambles, pinned into a corner in fear for my life – there is no way out. Alan Autry has all his bases covered – I am kept monitored (stalked) and sabotaged by his group with every attempt to seek help.

Without making assumptions or reporting me as being suicidal, I want to make something clear ….. one does not have to be suicidal to commit suicide. To begin with, suicidal people do not fight to stay alive. The truth, however, is that this is a losing battle. There is no way out – just as I was told long ago. Once targeted by Alan Autry and/or his mob, it is over before it begins. The preparations, cover-up, as well as the trail verify that targeted victims do not survive. Recap: William Wyatt Polzin was murdered behind the City of Fresno’s secret altering of the water system. His neighbors were involved in the preparations for what took place ~ major reconstruction to both properties as the sewer and water lines were replaced/altered. The neighbors then denied knowledge of ALL. Including the street widening, relocation of fire hydrant, utility poles, etc. Parcel maps and aerial views were altered to make it appear that nothing changed – evidence behind a cover-up. The fact that this information is not allowed to be included in the Polzin records is more evidence of a cover-up.

The truth about the Polzin murder would expose the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA. Secret water diversion. THAT IS WHY THE POLZIN MURDER REMAINS “UNSOLVED.” That is why the City of Fresno prohibited me from even FILING A REPORT for the atrocities that took place on my family’s and neighbor’s properties.

Fresno’s city officials are conspiring with one of their former employees, Wilbert G. Swieso, in a barbaric operation, which is why they are covering up the accompanying horrors i.e., illnesses, deaths, forgeries, suspected homicides and facts behind unsolved murders.

Unless secret altering of the city water system (parcel by parcel) is done in-between sales, property owners are being annihilated in order to “clear the path” so the alterations can take place. Major alterations to the property are then carried out, ending with altered property lines. One way or another, before it is over, the property MUST be vacated and resold in order to prepare a new deed reflecting these changes.

As the city carries out the alterations to city property, they use Swieso’s fake work crew/s for the alterations on private property. Aerial views are altered to make it appear that nothing took place. So you can see why elimination of property owners is so important to the city as well ~ due to the massive fraud, code violations, health crises and other horrors taking place as this continues, other than those who are “planted” in the area to use as “credible witnesses” that nothing took place, they cannot / do not leave witnesses behind.

The fake work crew is comprised of extremely dangerous people. This, of course, would explain how a blonde-haired, blue-eyed couple ended up with a 1/2-Mexican baby. I have names of others who claim to be involved in illegal child “selling” to people who do not qualify. I also have names of suspected buyers. And others who talk of child sex and dismemberment of the older children. Repeat: There is no reason to disbelieve these claims. I do not know how to go about having this looked into because I cannot get beyond the stalking, sabotaging, discrediting of those behind this nightmare. That includes the City of Fresno ~ in addition to the perjury and death threats against me, if you look at the title of the blog below you can see that their sexual harassment is linked directly to what I am stating. Lies, murder, perjury behind Fresno Mayor’s “new sidewalks”

Mayor Alan Autry never mentioned the street widening that accompanied his “new sidewalks” aka “No Neighborhood Left Behind.” The street widening was a secret. A secret because it entailed cutting several feet off private properties, which was compensated by narrowing / closing alleys behind these properties. It entailed removal of various structures as others were secretly shifted down the block without permits or inspections. It entailed creating massive ADA violations. So Alan Autry kept the street widening a secret, with the focus on his “new sidewalks.”

He used a fake work crew to carry out the alterations on private properties. Parcel maps and aerial views were quickly altered to make it appear that the streets were always as wide as they are now. These steps were taken in order for the City of Fresno to deny knowledge or responsibility for the damages, code violations, illnesses, deaths and murders that accompanied his “new sidewalks.”

Yes murders. And real estate theft.

The city pays their risk analyst to lie to property owners about the cause behind sewage back spills as city sewer and water lines are secretly replaced next to private properties. In my case, my family was murdered, 2 income properties taken by fraud, my home behind the income properties also stripped and haphazardly rebuilt on top of clamped sewer/water lines, property lines altered, streets widened, relocation of fire hydrants, storm drains, utility poles, etc. Reporting the atrocities resulted in Alan Autry having his risk analysts issue a Restraining Order against me ~ calling me a “liar” about all of the above. The Restraining Order was issued against me after all my old documents and photographs had been stolen or scanned/altered to make it appear that none of this took place. So sure of getting by with this, Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst smirked, “You will never prove it.” To begin with, most of Fresno will verify that Olive Ave. (Tower Dist) was widened. This copy of the City’s unaltered sewer layout further verifies EXACTLY what they did to my family’s and neighbor’s properties. Not once, can I remember a time where the victim was not hospitalized or ended up dead; often followed by forged insurance papers and legal documents as Swieso cited his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.” Just as he did to my family and our properties ~ having someone hospitalized leaves no one home as major alterations to private property takes place; family does not question fraudulent documents because they trust this man. And because he preys on the elderly, no one questions the deaths ~ nor do they know of the ongoing pattern. (Including various home health personnel.)

Swieso talked of citywide chemicals; his work crew talked of urinating and defecating into water lines.

Here lies the common factor linked to countless deaths that follow the ringleader ~ the water lines he is altering and clamping back together. He gains access to his victims’ property with offers of “help with home repairs.”

They end up sick and/or dead. The property undergoes major alterations; followed by altered public records. Easily verified.

If the raw sewage is not enough to kill or sicken (as done to my neighbors, family and me), imagine what is being injected into the water lines ~ besides urine and feces. All that is needed is a screwdriver.

What did Mayor Bubba etal do to Albert Perez?

It also verifies the lies, fraud, destruction/reconstruction without permits or inspections. Great effort has gone into pulling this off without the public finding out ~ including murder of property owners followed by altered parcel maps and aerial views to cover up evidence of altered property lines and major reconstruction.

Behind closed doors, plans for water diversion continue, which entails altering of every structure – no exceptions.

Discrediting their victim/s by use of poison and hidden cameras does not make Bubba etal appear the noble heroes they want to be perceived as. Committing perjury to cover up their operation while attempting to make their victim appear to be the criminal resulted in documenting their own fraud. Because they finally got caught ~ this sewer layout verifies what they put so much effort into lying about. I was being poisoned while my family was annihilated in order for them to pull this off on our properties.

My neighbor directly to the east. What did Bubba have his group do to Albert Perez?

Same risk analyst who lied and set us up for execution, also lied to Albert. She was the last person seen speaking (lying) to him. Albert’s property was then rebuilt on top of the city’s secretly replaced sewer and water lines, exactly as done to ours ~ no permits or inspections.

Signature on new deed to Albert’s property looks like the same one I saw Autry’s associate forge on an insurance application while citing his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.”

New owner to Albert’s property lives next door to Autry’s other associate, who had been poisoning me; the one who said he would be taking all 4 of these properties as I was scheduled to meet the others, “in another world.” That includes his former wife, whose forgeries were verified by a handwriting expert as being FORGED. One day, a man introduced himself to me, claiming to be Albert’s son. He must have forgotten that we met in the past ~ I never saw this person before.

Identity theft does not cover up suspected homicide, yet that is all it takes when linked to Alan Autry. He protects the criminals. Not only to cover up the secret water diversion but because they are needed to continue “clearing the path” so it can continue.

One block to the west is the unsolved murder of William Polzin. Unsolved because the truth is not allowed. He was killed so this could take place on his property. His neighbors not only participated in the preparations of the sewer/water line operation, they lied about that as well as the reconstruction to city and private property. More altered records in an attempt to cover up what took place.

The estate attorney for Mr. Polzin was David A. Silva, the same attorney who conspired with Autry’s partner in fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties.

Upon being reported, Mr. Silva fled, never to be seen again.

Despite a reward for information pertaining to the unsolved Polzin murder, Detective Ledbetter was not interested. He said he only wants a confession by the killer or a matching bullet. He is not interested in the lying neighbors, motive or connections to several suspected homicides across the street. He suggested a donation to “Crime Stoppers” for a reenactment of the murder to be shown on TV.

In other words ~ the murder will remain “unsolved.”

SACRAMENTO (AP) — Gov. Arnold

Schwarzenegger on Thursday called for laying

off thousands of state employees and slashing

billions from education to deal with California’s

latest budget deficit.

He called the cuts painful but said he was left

with no other choice as the nation’s most

populous state sinks further into the fiscal abyss.

Billions of dollars in spending cuts and tax

increases imposed earlier this year have not

been enough to keep up with a sharp drop in

tax revenue as the recession batters the

state’s economy.

The state faces a deficit of $15.4 billion in the

fiscal year that starts July 1. That will grow to

$21.3 billion if voters reject the budget-related

measures during a special election next week.

now know the number of employees they need

to cut in order to balance their budgets. In March,

educators across the Valley received layoff

notices as a precaution. Soon, they’ll find out

who’s not returning to class next year.

Administrators at Madera Unified say they were

worried schools would lose classified employees

like secretaries and administrative staff next

school year. But on Tuesday the district cast a

vote to save each classified job.

unpaid vacation. Teachers however turned down

a two point five pay cut. Which means nearly 65

teaching positions will be lost.

With the State of California entering its 3rd

straight year of drought and water shortage,

the City of Fresno has taken action to be good

stewards of this precious resource. Today, the

Fresno City Council voted unanimously to support

a 20% voluntary reduction in water use city-wide.

Last month, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger

declared a California “Drought State of Emergency”

and encouraged urban areas within the state to

take this conservation step. The following policies

were adopted today to help reach Fresno’s

new conservation goals:

Fresno City Council Holds Special Meeting

Pasadena, sat down with Fresno leaders

Sunday during a special city council meeting.

Schiff is on the House Appropriations Committee,

the group in charge of deciding how the

federal government will spend its money.

“When you get somebody in his capacity here,

it’s very important,” said Fresno County

Supervisor Phil Larson.

Fresno leaders tried to influence the congressman

to send more money our way to fight two of the

valley’s biggest problems-water shortage, and

foreclosures.

Alan Autry had his risk analyst lie to my neighbors and me regarding the cause behind sewage back spills. Not only was there illness and death as a result of repeatedly being deluged in raw sewage, there were burglaries, real estate fraud and suspected homicide.

The goal of Autry and his people was to “clear the path” without leaving complaints or witnesses, so secret replacement of the city water system could continue. The city carried out their portion as Autry’s fake work crew quickly carried out the reconstruction on private properties.

Property lines were altered; streets widened, relocation of fire hydrants, storm drains, utility poles, etc. Properties left setting on clamped sewer/water lines.

Can you imagine that the City of Fresno denied that ANY of this took place. This, as you can see, is why Autry uses a fake work crew – public records are immediately altered which allow the City to claim no knowledge or responsibility for the damages, code violations, real estate theft, murders on private property. Reporting it is the crime. They DO NOT ALLOW REPORTS!

With my photos stolen or scanned/altered, all paperwork stolen, Alan Autry had the senior risk analyst, Kerry Trost, issue a Restraining Order against me, calling ME a “liar.” Trost smirked, “You will never prove it.” After the suspected homicides of my family and neighbors, poisoning and attempted murder of me, forged and fraudulent legal documents, loss of properties (taken by fraud), robbed, raped, left for dead as I was told I would be meeting the others, “in another world”, it was me who appeared the criminal.

The truth is that this went much further and began much earlier. These were the last properties on the block to be altered so the water lines could tie into the main line – done during Autry’s “infrastructure upgrade” in front of these properties. Research shows the same names linked to the annihilation of my family to the unsolved Polzin murder across the street, when this was done to his property. Despite a reward for information, it is not wanted or allowed. More death threats for exposing the TRUTH!

Then there is my online stalker who lived 2 doors from Olive Ave., claiming that none of this took place. Olive Ave. was not widened?!? That is the first clue of how desperate he is to discredit me – he was involved in what took place on my family’s properties! Below is a look at the parcel map where he lived – he has the audacity to claim that nothing took place there either? It does not take an expert to see that every single property line was altered; 2 structures removed; and there were ongoing sewage back spills as this was going on! This man not only calls me a “liar” about all of the above, he has the audacity to claim I murdered my own family members! Going as far as to contact people on MySpace and slander me, while providing them with my full name, address and telephone number! Read between the lies – read what he has to say about ME MURDERING MY OWN FAMILY! Which Autry is using as “proof?”

Alan Autry made sure I was prohibited from help, justice for my family members, or restitution for what was done. He makes sure I am closely monitored and sabotaged in every attempt to survive this nightmare. With no options left but posting online, this is the contribution from Autry / City of Fresno.

My family, neighbors and I were on our own properties when the City had us wiped out in order to replace the water system. According to Swieso, head of Autry’s fake work crew, this is behind upcoming water diversion – behind more lies told to the public. That is why Autry is so desperate to cover all of this up and use me as his scape goat for what took place. He had a R.O. issued against me, calling me a “liar” about what his own group boasts of doing throughout town. Autry had me deemed a “liar”, followed with death threats and sexual harassment, and apparently conspired with my stalker in framing ME for MURDER?!? All done behind their victim’s backs – the trail shows they leave no witnesses behind. This is how they are annihilating innocent residents of Fresno.

As a former employee of Swieso, I can testify seeing this pattern done to countless others; forgeries and altered legal documents behind sewage backspills following his offers to clients of “help with home repairs.” I can provide names of 60+/- deaths, poisonings, disappearances linked to this operation – THAT IS WHAT ALAN AUTRY FEARS – THE TRUTH. The R.O. issued against me is proof of the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA.

Even David A. Silva, atty – the attorney who conspired with Swieso in fraudulent legal documents, overriding my family’s final wishes, in an Irrevocable Trust, was allowed to escape. While I was reporting him, he was secretly packing up his office and fled, never to be seen again. At the same time, CA BAR Assn. was protecting and justifying the fraud as, “an accident – no harm done.”

CA Dept. of Insurance found Swieso’s forgeries and fraud to be acceptable.

Dept. of Real Estate sees nothing wrong with forgeries, fraud, disclosure laws and Fiduciary responsibilities being kicked aside.

Reporting the fraudulent accountant, was insignificant.

Electricity theft, hidden cameras, tapped phones, harming/killing pets, on and on – there is no help. Only more lies and death threats.

There is no way I can survive this nightmare – my days are now numbered. As a matter of interest, the so-called “credible witnesses” Autry is using to justify what was done go back decades – they have trails of this. Autry does not allow the truth or it would not be me who is on death row.

WGS is a former employee of the City of Fresno – head of their fake work crew behind secret altering of the city water system. Behind the City’s backs, he claims to have tied in his own operation, which entails more altering and plans of redirecting our water supply. WGS, who boasts of his German ancestry and being “superior” to others, compares himself to “Hitler.” His associate, JCW, boasts of his “gassing through vents” technique. They both mentioned citywide chemicals being distributed to keep the public oblivious to what is taking place right under their noses. Fluoride? WGS is also a long-time insurance agent / estate planner / financial consultant whose clients are several of the nearby water districts. He was caught conspiring with one of them in a fraudulent insurance policy, appointing himself, “beneficiary!” So put nothing past anyone – and think about this: What better way to poison or administer chemicals than through a clamped water system as shown below. At this point, all that is needed is a mere screwdriver.

In short, a self-proclaimed “Hitler” has taken over our water infrastructure and no one is overseeing any of this. No accountability, whatsoever.

This copy of an unaltered sewer layout has caused great panic among the City of Fresno.

Because it not only verifies the secret replacing of the water system, street widening, relocation of utility poles and altering of all parcel lines due to the major reconstruction to connecting properties, it also verifies the effort that has been put into covering this up i.e., altered parcel maps, aerial views and old directories. This is why there are no older records of Fresno; this is why there are few (unaltered) vintage photographs of Fresno.

The parcel map also verifies the lies told by the City’s risk analysts, when this was carried out on 4 parcels in the Tower Dist. Why lie to property owners about the cause of sewage back spills as the initial preparations were taking place unless plans were being made to eliminate people. Coincidence? Trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged and fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policies, poisoning, attempted murder, and suspected homicide.

Another major concern is that reconstruction of property throughout Fresno (and more) is being done without permits or inspections. Disclosure laws disregarded because it is the title companies where the altering of parcel / plat maps, recording forgeries and fraudulent financing information takes place.

How far did Mayor Alan Autry go in his panic and desperation to stop this from being exposed? According to Kerry Trost, Sr. Risk Analyst, it was Mayor Autry who had him issue a Restraining Order against me – perjury to call me a “liar.”

I am prohibited from reporting any of this, justice for my family members or restitution for the loss of our properties, destruction of my home and theft of everything I owned. No matter what I say, I am called a “liar.” Even regarding VIN altering (Eberwein Auto) that was verified by local CA Highway Patrol. That resulted in my next vehicle being switched – because naturally, I am called a “liar.”

William Polzin, who lived across the street, was killed when this was done to his property. Once again, the truth about the surrounding facts are not allowed. It remains an “unsolved” murder. Click on photo below.

My next-door-neighbor contracted hepatitis and an excruciating foot infection that resulted in amputation / staph after repeated exposure of raw sewage, which the risk analyst was lying about; dead age 50.

I also endured excruciating foot infections, respiratory, and ongoing illness as this took place. Below is only a PORTION of Rx’s for one month.

My handicapped uncle’s hospital visits coincided with sewage back spills; his death was timed to the upgrade in front of our properties. He HAD to die in order for WGS to conspire in fraudulent legal documents, appointing himself, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties. Repeat: It was not expected that I would still be alive either. Properties torn apart as city sewer and water lines were replaced; all assets distributed.

The attorney who conspired with WGS in the fraudulent legal documents was the estate attorney for the unsolved Polzin murder across the street.

Upon reporting Silva, he closed his office and fled, never to be seen again.

The City of Fresno is covering up for WGS – lying, perjury, sexual harassment, death threats for reporting the atrocities that took place when targeted by this group.

50 yrs of criminal networking has resulted in my information consistently being altered and/or deleted. So keep in mind that ID theft does not mean that a person is still alive. To believe the so-called “credible friends and witnesses” among this group is to step into their trap.

Reporting my concerns of my siblings being in danger were also disregarded. It has been implied that 2 of the 3 are now dead; the same 2 whose names are listed in public records linked to those at the core of this. I have no way of knowing if they are alive or dead as poison and severing ties is how the “rotation method” continues. Last time we spoke, it was clear that they are being administered chemicals, which has turned them into the same vicious nightmares I became while being poisoned.

Family killed, properties taken by fraud. Robbed, raped, pets killed, home left a shambles, insurance sabotaged so I cannot file a claim for anything. After 14 yrs as a care provider, the next several years left isolated and unemployed, in fear for my life as the death threats continue. There is no help – only more lies and more deaths, on top of more forgeries and altered records as the city’s water system is being prepared for water diversion beyond Friant / Madera. Upcoming development, which WGS says is the continuation of Bonadelle’s “secret water operation.” This is how they got around the water laws and regulations, which he laughs the public will never figure out. “They believe anything they are told.”

Should it come as a surprise to see who conspired with WGS in cancellation and non-renewal of property insurance coverage as mold consumed the property after the newly-clamped water lines had been loosened, covered with cement?

Ours were the last properties on the block to be altered in this manner. 50 yrs of tearing the city inside out, has left the entire city a shambles, setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines. Look what these people had the audacity to do behind my back – same as property throughout Fresno, as the city reminds property owners they are liable to maintain this nightmare.

Believe it or not, I was even called a “liar” when I said that the sewer vent in my back yard was no longer 2′ from the fence. It is now 10′ from the fence.

Upon asking about the new water meter in the alley, which had been relocated 8′ south, Mr. Trost demanded, “That is YOUR problem – it is on YOUR property!” Upon reminding him that I do not own the alley or maintain the city water meters, he snapped, “This is over!” Yet as you can see on the diagram below, which was obtained from the City’s own web page, the City of Fresno is responsible and obligated to address PUBLIC INFORMATION as this is on CITY PROPERTY! And affecting public health!

In reality, the water meter is connected to the sewer vent that is no longer where it was for 60 yrs. Further evidence that it was not me who lied about anything. My family, neighbors and me were set up for annihilation so our properties could be taken by fraud so the water system could be replaced without leaving any complaints or witnesses.

Mayor Alan Autry referred to this as an, “infrastructure upgrage.”
