Suspected homicide behind Fresno cover-up

Intertwining with the felony altering of city sewer/water lines is a trail of fraud, ID theft, forgeries, disappearances, reports of poisoning, suspected homicide, more. There is a pattern to this - a “rotation” that involves the same cast of characters, who recruit others along the way. The ensuing turnover is not pretty. By then, more doors have been opened and the process continues - altering of more sewer and water lines in preparation for felony tie-ins to the city lines.
Although I can name 45+/- victims of this heinous operation, doing so would backfire due to the motive being covered up. The City of Fresno has gone to great lengths to keep this operation covered up - even committing perjury to discredit their own records, followed by death threats if I continue to report this. Their risk analyst lies to residents after they have been deliberately exposed to disease-carrying raw sewage, as she sets them up for total annihilation and loss of property in order to access sewer/water lines. New deeds reflect illegally altered property lines and in some cases, fraudulent financing information - many re-sold by more fraud evidenced by the trail of forged/fraudulent legal documents, ID theft, person/s never seen again, suspected homicide. Reporting this woman as a “danger to the public” resulted in more threats.
I was employed by the ringleader behind this operation - for 25 yrs I heard him talk of breaking water laws and re-routing water. (Much more.) He is a former employee of the City of Fresno who also boasts about overriding the planning department - once the records are altered, the city remains oblivious. Regardless of the city’s participation in felony acts, they do not know the extent of this man’s altering of city property - nor are they interested. Their only focus appears to be in covering up THEIR OWN involvement, leaving the entire city in great danger.

It was 14+/- yrs ago when the Tower District Revitalization Committee decided to beautify the area by adding tree meridians down Olive Ave. It seemed rather odd, given the notorious parking problems that already existed on this narrow 2-lane street, not to mention how the trees would block signs on store-front properties that line Olive Ave. - yet it was carried out.
Naturally, the plants and trees would need water - common sense would indicate that these meridians would tie into the existing lines in the street. The truth is that these meridians tie into the felony altering of city sewer and water lines I have been reporting.
This is where Polzin’s lines lead to. No doubt this is also behind his murder. One block east, it is linked to suspected homicide, attempted murder, “missing” persons, forged and fraudulent legal documents - more altering of private property to connect into the median, which in turn, is connected to the main line. As I have repeatedly stated, this is a process that began YEARS and YEARS earlier.
There is a trail of horrors connected to this operation. The Dept. of Public Works is in involved, which is why they have gone to so much trouble to lie, slander and discredit me. Simply dig up one of these areas and the evidence will prove who is lying. Or simply look at the city’s unaltered sewer layout, which verifies the replaced/relocated sewer and water lines down the alleys. Also note that Olive Ave. was widened, which they also deny - no record for any of this - plat/parcel maps altered in an attempt to cover up the evidence and make it appear that things were always this way. These meridians are another cover-up to fraud, corruption, ID theft, real estate theft, suspected arson, much more - much worse.
