This is only 1 of countless web sites that describe plans to reduce the world’s population.  As impossible as that may sound, more and more of these sites continue to show up.  They describe various techniques that are being created in order to achieve this goal of significantly thinning down the world’s population.  I am not one to fall for conspiracy theories but neither do I discount them, especially when they are accompanied by what appears to be supporting evidence. 

 

For some time, I have been reporting what I uncovered taking place in Fresno, CA, however, to this day the reason for it has not been confirmed.  When I read articles such as the one above, I cannot help but wonder if the “secrets” I discovered are tied into such plans of eradicating the population.  It almost seems that the groundwork for such an event is in the process of being laid, so I continue to ask where this is headed - why the lies and secrecy from the very agencies we are led to believe are looking out for our best interest: 

 

Fresno’s Dept of Public Works has been caught lying to various residents regarding the cause behind sewage back spills as felony altering to sewer and water lines takes place.  Not only leaving a trail of illness, infections, amputation, death behind exposure to infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage, but going as far as to run people off their property as their associates seize control of property to alter the sewer and water lines - in some cases victim never seen again.  Property is then altered and quickly patched - various properties are resold with new deeds entailing forged signatures (verified by handwriting expert) and illegally altered property lines.  This is why there are no older records of Fresno.

 

By now, after decades of this taking place, most parcels have clamped sewer and water lines, going completely beneath the structure.  With no permits or inspections on record for the major construction/alterations, property continues being sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers.  The City of Fresno is withholding public information, which verifies all the above.  After being caught, they went as far as to commit perjury to discredit their own official records, which magnifies the surrounding unauthorized alterations.   

 

This operation also entails altering/re-connecting of utility poles.  Despite witnesses and evidence of this taking place, PG&E has no record of their poles being altered or relocated.  (Same group behind the above - seen in action.)  

 

Altering/re-connecting of gas lines is also being carried out, yet no record for any of this either.  Done without authorization, permits or inspections.   

 

5 yrs ago I reported the accompanying group’s talk of ”gassing through vents”, which allows them to burglarize and violate victims.  These are the people leaving a trail of ID theft, missing persons, forged deeds, illegal conversion of assets, VIN altering, suspected arson, suspected homicide - and talk of “giving” and “selling” of small children; child sex and dismemberment of older ones (adults included.)  Then I discovered my own central heat/air unit vandalized, including new hoses that have been attached.  Last year, there was MORE mention of “gassing through vents” by the father of a local FBI agent.  He further implied that residents of Fresno are being monitored by high-tech devices - far beyond tapped phones, hacked computers and hidden cameras.  (ID chips?  ID chips are easily implanted - can certainly be done without one’s knowledge or consent.)  He repeatedly referred to an impending catastrophe, which will leave everyone dead, but would not go into detail due to the vow of secrecy made to his daughter.  Others among the group have also mentioned impending doom - insisting that “everyone is going to die.”  I have heard mention of Planet X, biological warfare and even population control. It does not matter whether I or anyone else believe these theories - protecting ourselves from those who DO believe it has become an issue in itself.  People are capable of doing horrific things when attempting to save themselves.

UPDATE: 

Gas meters in Fresno are currently in the process of being switched in order for meter readers to remain in their vehicles.  Or so they say that is the purpose of switching them.

CA Energy Commission is now in the process of requiring chips to be installed in our central heat/air units - the State will be taking control of our usage.  A radio-controlled thermostat for energy efficiency in case of emergency - or so they say that is the purpose.

Ordinarily, the 2 issues mentioned would not have even caught my attention.  However, for years I have been reporting the felony altering of our sewer, water and power lines along with what I perceive as evidence of Fresno (and more) being set up for a disaster of major proportions.  Recently, upon locating additional gas lines on my property, I could get no help from PG&E because they had no record of installing them.  Two weeks ago, PG&E showed up without notice and changed my meter - he said that everyone’s meters were being changed yet I was the only one on his list that day?!?  After the last vandalism to my central air, and the comment about being “gassed” I have most of my vents covered.  Due to suspected homicide of my family members and earlier attempts to eliminate me, in addition to the current threats to my life if I do not stop reporting this, I live in terror.  Under the circumstances, I consider outsiders having the ability to control the thermostats on our central air units as being another horrific violation and possible threat - to all of us.  The public is entitled to answers - we are entitled to be safe, especially in our own homes.  We are not safe.
