RFID Chips in Fresno – could it be true?

Aside from the burglaries, ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again, illegal conversion of assets, suspected arson, suspected homicide, talk of “giving” and “selling” of small children that accompanies the citywide felony altering of sewer and water lines is another issue being covered up – the rewiring of our homes and offices – linked to the illegally altered and relocated utility poles by a group referring to themselves as “people watchers.”  After trying to swindle me out of $2,000 to reconnect all the cables/wires on the ground, they panicked when I mentioned PG&E – demanding that I NOT contact PG&E.  They (I have names) reconnected these wires/cables, which resulted in an additional $900+/- to my utility bill that month.  The group boasts of high-tech methods of re-wiring that include hidden cameras inside and outside of homes, offices, motels.  PG&E had/has no record of what these people are doing.  With altered records and numbers on the poles transferred to the new poles, PG&E insists that their poles have not been altered.  Witnesses and photographs are not wanted - PG&E only uses the records in front of them.
Clearly, to run an operation like the group behind this is running would entail close monitoring of residents throughout Fresno. To date, the focus remains more on keeping all of this covered up rather than concerns about the safety or welfare of residents. That is why I continue to do my own investigating, which sometimes results in some shocking discoveries. At this point, nothing would surprise me about the group behind this nightmare – that is the purpose of my blog.

Five years ago I reported this group’s boasting of “gassing through vents” to rob and violate – I later discovered my own central air unit had been vandalized, additional hoses attached, much more. It was 1 yr ago when I heard the topic again – “gassing through vents.” Only this time, it came from the mouth of a local FBI agent’s father. He also said that residents of Fresno are being monitored far beyond what most people even know is possible – far beyond tapped phones and hacked computers.  He further stated, “They will never figure it out.” He described a large room at the local FBI office, entailing massive computers and equipment. He talked of injections with syringes, even pointing to my arm. This is the man I have mentioned in the past – the one who boasts of robbing and killing, laughing that no one will ever catch him due to the high-tech monitoring, which he implied his daughter is in charge of. He further said that even if he was caught – she has the power to see that no charges would ever stick.
Verichip. RFID chips. These devices are smaller than a grain of rice – injected into the upper arm with a syringe, leaving no mark or bump.  Are residents of Fresno being “tagged” without their knowledge or consent? I did some research on the topic.
Believe it or not, RFID chips have been used for many years to track and monitor whereabouts, personal/financial and medical information. They can be used for a multitude of purposes.Only recently have the health affects been disclosed – tumors, cancer. These implants can also travel throughout the body making it difficult to locate or remove. There are devices being sold on-line to detect and deactivate these implants but who knows if they are effective. A couple of articles state that an MRI is required to deactivate these devices. Other articles state that MRIs can cause these chips to burn, resulting in horrendous damages to the person with such an implant.
Take a look at this web page:  http://users.cybertime.net/~ajgood/orb.html

One company marketing these devices:
“The satellite telecommunications company ORBCOMM has signed an agreement with VeriChip Corp., a subsidiary of ADS, to develop and market new military, security, and healthcare applications worldwide, using an ADS-created implant chip for humans that utilizes global positioning satellite (GPS) technology. Once inserted under the skin, the chip relays information wirelessly to the Internet, where the individual’s location, movements, and vital signs can be tracked and stored in a database for future reference. After the Asian tsunami disaster of December 2004, for example, advocates of the chip argued that it could have saved lives by locating victims lost at sea or trapped in the wreckage.”

Here are a couple links that provide further information on these implants:

As you can see, these rice-sized chips can be implanted so quickly and easily that many people are not even aware they have been “tagged.” (It reminds me of a couple massages that got “rough” – including having my head held down with 2 electric massagers as someone stepped into the room. And pressure in an area that was totally unacceptable.  I later learned of the connections among these people.)

The read-range of these chips is only a few feet, therefore, requiring a circuit board at shoulder level. And satellites. Here is a web site that actually provides instructions on how to assemble all of this at very little cost: http://cq.cx/vchdiy.pl

“If you can get the antenna close to your victim’s shoulder, then your circuit board is electrically indistinguishable from their implanted chip forever after.” Full schematics and documentation are in above link. Simple and very inexpensive.

Car tires have RFID chips in them already!

“Its a us federal sponsored initiative to track vehicles near certain highways feeding certain urban areas.  Basically the FBI enters a rfid number into the database and then history of travel for the car pops up.  The feds can also pre-enter rfids they want to watch after getting a reading off your parked car or from the Canadian-us customs border (where they already actively log the car rfids in the tires and associate them with plates)
Your tires have a passive coil with 64 to 128 bit serial number emitter in them!”

The NOX team has perfected dozens of methods of tagging people without their knowledge.

“One of the more covert technologies they employ is ID-Dust, serialized dust particles that can be interrogated like a RFID tag. The NOX team can coat a person or object with it to track movement. ID-Dust can show if an item was handled or it can even be sprinkled on the floor. People unknowingly pick up the ID-Dust on their shoes as they travel through a dusted area. The software combines the video surveillance and RFID information to create an association between the ID-Dust and a person. The ID-Dust allows the person’s movement to be tracked around a facility without the person ever knowing he or she is being tracked. While a criminal can easily defeat the motion sensors, the ID-Dust provides covert security with instant alerts when someone enters an area, plus a complete history of exactly where each person traveled and when.”

Did you know that there was even an issue pertaining to forced RFID tagging among CA employers?  After a debate last year:

Senate Bill 362 “would prohibit a person from requiring, coercing, or compelling any other individual to undergo the subcutaneous implanting of an identification device,” and a similar version has already passed the state Assembly.”

In short, yes, it could very well be true – RFID tags are not so uncommon after all.

  1. I just saw this on a web site – I have no idea if this works but it sounds logical.

“Use a stud finder for detecting nails in sheet rock, but get the type that has a setting called metal scan.
It has been found to be able to locate implanted microchips!
If you can afford it use a metal detector for finding coins at the beach; use precaution in interpretation when sweeping near tooth fillings. Many of the coin detectors have settings that can allow the units to ignore specific metals so use care in interpretation when too close to teeth, many are being found on arms and back.”
