URGENT! CA Central Valley BEWARE!

Some time ago, the father of a local FBI agent informed me that major plans are underway, in preparation for a major disaster that will end in doom for all.  He would not elaborate.

 

He indicated that his (FBI) daughter was one of the people behind the high-tech monitoring of residents throughout Fresno.  He specifically said that the monitoring is far beyond tapped phones, hacked computers and hidden cameras which, according to him, “no one will ever figure out.”  Due to his hints and mention of syringes, there is no doubt in my mind he was referring to chip implants.  They can be easily implanted without one’s knowledge or consent, if not by a massage, see below.  He described a large room at the FBI’s agency, filled with massive computer equipment being used for monitoring. 

 

This man is among a group of people pillaging and altering the entire city.  For the past several years I have been describing the felony altering of our sewer, water and power supplies, which entails major reconstruction to connecting properties.  (Water diversion.)  The switching and relocating of utility poles is being done behind PG&E’s backs – merely transferring the numbers on the poles and altering their records continues to leave the office personnel oblivious.  Underground utilities have been completely converted; the city is now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines.  With property lines changed, plat/parcel maps are altered in escrow.  Due to no permits or inspections on record for any of this, structures continue being sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers.

 

All of the illegal and unauthorized re-wiring throughout our homes is now connected to the illegally altered utility poles.  This may explain how alarm systems are being bypassed.  In conjunction with a device that somehow “pops” the locks on doors, it appears that this is how our homes are being entered without our knowledge or consent.  Floors are being torn up and put back down for more alterations; belongings replaced with inferior/look-alike items; jewelry switched with fake. 

 

It was 6 yrs ago when I reported the “gassing through vents” technique from a man who refers to himself as a “people watcher.”  This, he explained, was a method of robbing/switching and even violating people.  He had over 20 clickers setting on a table, which he steadfastly insisted no one was allowed to touch.  This is a man who also boasted of knowing the patterns and whereabouts of people, as well as the location of their valuables.  Even the color of their underwear.  After all these years, I was shocked when the FBI agent’s father pointed to one of my vents and asked, “Is this the vent the gas comes through?”  My central air/heating unit had been vandalized – extra hoses attached.

 

I know first hand about chemicals being administered without one’s knowledge or consent.  Used to incapacitate, annihilate, run off property, and/or create a situation where the victim appears “crazy.”  After one’s credibility has been destroyed, reports are not taken seriously.  In addition to my reports, another victim of this group claimed she was being poisoned with intent to kill – no one believed her either.  Deceased, age 39.  Another victim pleaded for help, in fear for her life that this group set out to kill her as they tore her property apart and patched it back together.  I can no longer locate her – members of this group are now using her last name and address as their own.

 

Behind all of this is a massive real estate theft / real estate fraud operation.  Fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policies, verified forgeries of people never seen again. 

 

What kind of pending disaster would call for such horrors to be carried out against innocent residents.  On one hand, it is easy to see that with all the financial and real estate theft behind this, a planned Katrina would benefit the very people who created such a nightmare.  Not only would it cover up all the evidence of what has been done, their talk and plans for development would all be paid for with all the insurance claims and disaster relief.  The city has been pillaged of the quality items it was built with which were replaced with inferior items.  One of the ringleaders has storage facilities filled with such items, which he says will be used to build his “dream home.”  I am describing an area beyond Friant, where development has been prohibited due to water issues.  I am also describing a man who, during the 25 yrs I knew him, boasted about breaking laws and water rules, which would allow him to finally build his “dream home.” 

 

On the other hand, we are hearing more and more about Nibiru / Planet X being on a 3,600-yr obit, which  will supposedly wipe out 70% of the earth’s population in 2012.  NOTE:  It does not matter whether or not I believe this to be true – the point is that many people DO believe it is true and are acting on it accordingly.  For instance, underground bunkers and underground cities are being built for such an event.  From what I have read, everything from survival items to valuables are now being stored.  There are articles linking the President’s Marshall Law to concentration camps being built for use when the mass hysteria begins.  I read an article stating that people are already being implanted with chips, which will make it easy to find them should they try to avoid capture.  Implanted chips will also help in later identification of those in mass graves. 

 

Whatever the reason for the atrocities now taking place in Fresno and possibly the entire central valley – there does not appear to be any help in sight.  Fresno’s Dept. of Public Works reacted to reports of felony altering of city property with anger, lies, name-calling and finally a Restraining Order – committing perjury to discredit their own records, which verify exactly what is taking place.  They called me a “liar” and further prohibited me from reporting this to anyone at the City of Fresno.  The DA’s office as well as Fresno Courts BLOCKED my email address to stop me from reporting any of this.  These agencies apparently feel that robbing, running people off their property, evidence of homicide, verified forgeries, real estate theft, suspected arson, verified VIN altering is acceptable – as they continue assuring the public of their concern for our safety and well-being.  They are well aware of what is taking place – residents are being annihilated.  The only crime being treated worse than reporting this, is surviving long enough to report it.  I am now receiving death threats if I do not stop reporting this.
