It was back in 2000 when JCW, owner of Mono Hot Springs Resort, told me he was working with the Mono Indians on a BIG project scheduled to be built. It was still a secret – news of this would have to wait. The public was later informed about plans for a $250 million casino to be built in that area.
JCW is a direct reflection on the Mono Indians and this new casino, which is a big concern. He is a self-proclaimed “people watcher.” He is involved with WGS in felony altering of utility poles, and reconnecting in manners that appear to entail extreme violation of privacy issues. He proudly boasts of knowing the whereabouts and patterns of many people – including where valuables are kept, down to the color of their underwear. (I was informed this was done to me as I was being administered unknown chemicals without my knowledge – transferred to videos and distributed to family, friends and neighbors. It served to clear the path for what ensued.) His home is equipped with a satellite and over 20 clickers, which NO ONE is allowed to touch! At his resort, he talked of hidden cameras. Every time I was there, guests were losing their money, wallets, belongings. Some of their homes were burglarized while they stayed at the resort – some homes even burned down. Employees later showed up with items i.e., clothes, jeweler, etc. they said were “given” to them.
On several occasions, JCW talked of a method entailing “gassing through vents” at motels, which allowed for burglaries and even violating people without their knowledge – he said no one could ever prove anything. He boasted about going from rags-to-riches by investing in “Penny Stocks”, yet I knew that was not true. In short, it was an accident I got away from this man before he finished what he began. By then, I was reporting some heinous and barbaric crimes. Due to his impeccable reputation, no one would even consider what I told them this man did to me, or concern that guests at this resort appeared to be in danger.
One of the last things this man told me was that his life-long dream was about to come true – owning property in the Tower Dist. (My family’s properties.) He said I would be meeting his former wife and others, “in another world.” I began researching this man’s trail – sure enough, his former wife’s signatures on deeds are forged, verified by a licensed handwriting expert. The fact that JCW’s “secret sideline” has never been investigated should concern all of us. Can we expect hidden cameras and/or “gassing through vents” at this new casino? Should we fear “vanishing” as someone takes our ID’s and property over? I am not accusing, I am ASKING, because to date there has been no investigation into this man’s actions. The public is entitled to be safe. We are not safe as long as the City and County of Fresno continue to keep his trail covered up.

8/11/08 UPDATE! I found it!
After getting away from JCW, I was terrified of what he had been saying about ”gassing through vents” at motels and homes in order to rob and violate people. I went to my attorney, David A. Silva, atty, with this information. That was 2003; I still did not realize that Mr. Silva had conspired with Swieso in the fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties – the truth about that was exposed in 2004, when we were run off our properties behind Fresno’s Dept. of Public Works also conspiring with Swieso – secretly replacing sewer/water lines causing massive damages/reconstruction. Mr. Silva’s $50 response to my terror regarding hidden cameras and “gassing through vents” (click to enlarge): 
(Coincidence or not, once the “secret” altering of the city water system began to be uncovered, Mr. Silva quitely packed up his office, absconding with clients’ money and files, never to be seen again. He was later disbarred, with several cases filed against him.)
Look what was later done to my central heating/air unit – not only was the entire system taken apart and haphazardly put back together with trash (as done to our properties), look at that black hose.
In earlier blogs, I have mentioned the person who claims to be a member of the Aryan Brotherhood – boasting of robbing and killing, even offering to kill anyone I requested. I never took him seriously until the night he came by and pointed to one of my vents asking, “Is this the vent the gas comes through?”
I was later informed of horrendous films distributed to my neighbors, family and friends of me during the time I was being poisoned – obtained via hidden cameras – including motels. (Even edited with x-rated, which would appear 100% legitimate when shown next to the “real thing.”) Who is putting cameras in motels?
Still think this man is harmless? Let’s backtrack to the former wife who I was scheduled to meet, “in another world.” On several occasions JCW mentioned that she was also involved in major plans with the Mono Indians; attended meetings, invested money and even had a Post Office Box affiliated to their project. (P.O. Box 406, Friant, CA.) He wondered if I would be interested. Once again I am mentioning that his former wife has not been seen in years – her signatures on deeds were verified by a handwriting expert as being forged. In the past, when I was trying to find her, 3 different women claimed to be his former wife – where is the REAL one? Since JCW is not being investigated, one might begin to wonder if this is what happens to people who do business with the Mono Indians?
Waiting in the wings after the horrors I endured was Mark D. White, someone I went to school with. Feigning concern, he suggested I visit him in CO for a few days. There, I endured the same excruciating pains I experienced with JCW + WGS, ending up in emergency with internal bleeding. Upon my return home, Mr. White called to ask how my HOUSE was! Regardless of what I said, he told me I was “imagining” it. Mark is not only linked to the gentlemen above, he is the former brother-in-law of Council Member Bob Waterston, linked to the Mono Casino, etc.
On record are years of me reporting that my family members were poisoned/killed in order to remove us from our properties. The coroner who came when my dad died determined there would be no autopsy because he met my sister and me at a yard sale prior to this, and we told him our father had Alzheimers. There was an open dispute with the hospital who “discharged” our father with pneumonia, refusing help until his remaining assets had been liquidated. His diagnosis went from needing help to “nothing wrong.” An autopsy was in order for more than the obvious reason/s. Not accusing, just mentioning that coincidence or not, the coroner was Bob Waterston’s brother.
JCW indicated my father’s death is on film; same with my mother’s death in 1983. One of WGS’s people pointed to the exact spot my mother died, saying a “ghost” told him. I was informed there are films of my parents having sex. Films of my entire family going back decades, which would explain even more.
I personally saw the self-proclaimed, “people watchers” behind the illegal replacement/relocation of utility poles, connected to the illegal altering of private property – linked to “secret” altering of the city water system. They demanded that I not report it to PG&E. That resulted in an additional $900 to my utility bill that month. Due to altered records and transferring numbers to the new poles, PG&E has no record of this taking place; regardless of other witnesses, PG&E insists their poles have not been moved since placement in the 50s. The City and County of Fresno are covering this up – leaving me to wonder about Mayor Autry’s “surveillance cameras” throughout town. Another $1.3 million spent earlier this year; aren’t his cameras on the same poles as the “people watchers” have taken over? Illegal connections into structures that entail high-tech INDOOR surveillance? They are the same people with the trail of ID theft, burglaries, forgeries of people never seen again, altering of legal documents, illegal conversion of assets, VIN altering, more. They talk of “giving” and “selling” babies and small children; dismemberment of older ones. Look who is disregarding reports, going as far as committing perjury to have a R.O. issued, followed by death threats if I continue to report this. AUTRY had his people issue the R.O.!
Self-proclaimed member of the Arayan Brotherhood boasting of burglary and murder, says that his daughter, a local FBI agent, is behind high-tech monitoring of residents as this continues; far beyond tapped phones, hidden cameras and hacked computers. He laughed that residents, “would never figure it out.” (He also implied RFID chips without victims’ knowledge.)
