One boasts about being a member of the Aryan Brotherhood – claiming to burglarize and murder, even offering to murder anyone I wanted him to. He says his daughter, a local FBI agent, is in charge of high-tech monitoring of residents behind the burglary/real estate theft operation that accompanies the “secret” altering of the city water system – explained in earlier blogs. I was informed that the monitoring of residents goes far beyond tapped phones and hacked computers, which “no one will ever figure out.” He carries on about an unsolved murder across the street from me (also linked to felony altering of sewer/water lines), smirking that “no one ever figured it out.”
Another one is a self-proclaimed “people watcher” which he says entails hidden cameras in homes throughout Fresno. He talks of “gassing through vents” which allows burglaries and violating people – even on film! Boasting that belongings throughout an entire home could be switched and the owner would never be able to prove it. He says this also works in motels. (In my case, as the group was in the midst of annihilating me and attempting to take our properties over by fraud, I was being poisoned and filmed with hidden cameras; I am told that the trash was transferred to videos and distributed throughout my neighborhood and to everyone I know, which cleared the path for this group to carry out what they did. I was ME deemed the ciminal – these are the “victims.” And yes, everything WAS switched – and more.)
Another alters legal documents while citing his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.” He conspires with the city risk analyst who lies to residents about why they are being deluged in toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage -leaving a trail of illness, infections, lung/respiratory, amputation, death. (The risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to my neighbor – lying and setting him up for total annihilation.) He has a fake work crew that accompanies Pubic Works – major alterations throughout the city, then altered records to cover it up. Including PG&E’s utility poles.
The group laughs about running people off their property and seizing control of assets – even IDs! There is talk of “giving” and “selling” babies and small children – child sex and dismemberment of the older ones. (Adults as well.) Talk of pulling gold out of teeth.
Talk of devices that “pop locks” leaving “no sign of break-in.” Hence, no police report.
One talks about killing dogs that he “doesn’t like” or “bark too much” by putting slug killer in raw hamburger, which is impossible to detect. After all, a barking dog can get in the way when breaking and entering. His specialty is killing cats – said he could not begin to count how many cats he has killed because he “hates cats.” He talked about poisoning, drowning and breaking their necks.
Behind all of this is a trail of ID theft, forged deeds of people who were never seen again, altered legal documents, illegal conversion of assets, bank fraud, insurance fraud, VIN altering, suspected arson, suspected homicide, and more.
These are the people behind the “secret” water diversion taking place. Vacating property is necessary in altering the city water system – this is how it is being carried out – annihilation / elimination of unsuspecting residents. Seizing control of property, assets and IDs.
Why would reporting this to local agencies result in such anger? Because the altering of the water system was finally exposed, a 45+ yr operation. Therefore, evidence is overridden with lies, name-calling, perjury, and death threats. As the public continues being reassured that their lives, safety and welfare are of concern.
According to 2 of the ringleaders, this is behind upcoming development beyond Friant/Madera, including the new $250 Mono Indian casino, which the owner of Mono Hot Springs Resort is very excited about – he says that once the water at the dam is raised, it will result in having piped water throughout his campgrounds. On countless occasions I reported that my siblings were in great danger – they stepped into the “rotation pattern.” Have they been eliminated yet? If so, more ID theft. Think childhood “friends” would be a good source of verification? The so-called “credible witnesses?” Wrong.
Same thing done to Diane, the 7th husband of JCW’s 30-yr partner. After serving her purpose, she got away long enough to plead for help, saying she had been poisoned and set up for murder – no help. Deceased, age 39.
JFM conspired with WGS in setting me up back in 1982. He served his purpose – called me 2 wks prior to blowing his head off. Deceased, age 50.
My neighbor appears to have been conspiring with this group for 20+/- yrs – he “vanished” when his services were no longer needed. New deed looks forged by WGS (same misspelling); new owner lives next door to JCW.
Did Lora’s siblings serve their purpose as JCW indicated? Verified forgeries – he said I would be meeting her and the others, “in another world.”
Repeat: My siblings have been set up; verified in public records – they are oblivious. Mayor Autry is NOT.
Can you imagine having 1/2 your family members murdered and called a “liar” by the very people behind the atrocities – as plans to annihilate the other 1/2 continue. Mayor Autry made sure I was pinned into a corner with no way out, unable to protect myself of anyone else from his barbaric operation.

Earlier blogs mention yrs of poisoning. For me, 2002 was next to the worst, at JCW’s home. As I crawled pleading for help that night, he sat on the couch watching me. I made it to the phone; had to wait for on-call dr. JCW picked up his cell phone and went to bed. The dr said if I was that bad to go to the hospital. I could not drive; no help. I somehow made it to JCW’s bed, curled in the fetal position and passed out. (More.)
It was 2003 when MDW, who I went to school with, suggested I visit him in CO for several days. – I ended up in emergency, with internal bleeding. Upon returning home he called to ask how my HOUSE was! More alterations, which he claimed I “imagined.” MDW repeatedly advised me to call upon his former brother-in-law for help. Odd, since he had nothing good to say about him – the councilman behind Mono Casino. (His B-in-L never acknowledged me.)
Coincidence or not: Going back to 1995, there was a huge dispute over how my father had been “discharged” and refused treatment until ALL his assets were depleted. (Medicare/MediCal issue.) 3 days later it was this councilman’s brother who was the coroner. He said there would be no autopsy since my sister and I previously ran into him at a yard sale, saying that our father had Alzheimers and may not be around much longer. An autopsy was in order for more reasons than the obvious. Much more.
JCW later implied that my father’s and mother’s (1983) deaths are on film – along with MUCH more. Totally separate from the films of me while being poisoned into psychotic rampages and out-of-control behavior, distributed to neighbors, friends and family, which was used to sever ties in order to carry out the felony alterations to our properties.
