As mentioned, the “secret” altering of Fresno, CA’s water system began 45+ yrs ago. My family had a price on our heads due to our properties being located on Olive Ave., where tie-ins would later take place. Assets and generations of family heirlooms would all be part of the package.
The chemicals and setting up for what eventually took place began many years earlier – involving family friends, even people my siblings and I went to school with. Throughout the years, I never could figure out why I allowed certain people to take such control over my life. Such as the one described in this blog. This is when the drinking began – she referred to herself as my “teacher.” I turned out to be quite the student. (BTW: The drinking ended years ago.) During our “fun”, it appears that I was being set up for what was coming. Of course severing ties to everyone is a major part of how this works – the path must be cleared. Although there are many instances of clearing the path, one in particular has haunted me throughout the years – helping her “egg” one of my friend’s homes. Laura M. I never forgave myself for that incident, nor did I understand why or how I could do something like that. Other times my “friend” enjoyed rounding up people to make fun of. Behind my back, I later learned, she exploited ME for initiating these events; wanting me to be seen as a cruel and horrible person. Skipping several chapters: When my “friend” later became a bookkeeper, it made no sense to me yet nonetheless, I became her client. So did my brother. All appeared legitimate – her garage had been turned into an office; she had office equipment, stationery, and a sign hanging outside with her name on it. She was so proud about how far she had come; she kept busy with quite a clientele.
During the time I was a caregiver for family, my “friend” knew of my financial problems and insisted she could help. Claiming that only “special” bookkeepers knew of this, first she instructed me to put myself on a payroll. Later, she personally took me to file papers in order to collect unemployment. She wanted it kept secret so others did not find out about this option. Behind my back, she exploited me as a criminal because it appears that I was not entitled to collect such benefits.
My “friend” retired at 50 yrs of age. Owner of 2 homes, a motor home and travel trailer. Claiming to be worth million$ due to “wise investing.” Investing? Other than being a school-bus driver years earlier, and the few years spent as a bookkeeper (not CPA), I only recall her collecting State benefits for one reason or another! How could this be possible? Surely she was not serious about the illegal child adoption ring she repeatedly implied she was involved in?!? She compared herself to Al Capone, saying that “no one would ever catch her.”
Prior to the major hell taking place, my “friend” stopped by to tell me that I was about to pay the price for everything I had done in the past. She suggested I get rid of my dogs because I would no longer be able to afford food for them. I had no idea what she was talking about nor could I believe I was hearing this from someone I thought was my ”friend” of 30+ yrs?!?
After narrowly getting away from the group who had been administering unknown chemicals to me throughout the years, followed by the annihilation of my family, theft and destruction/loss of our properties, it was like returning from another world. So many things did not make sense. I recalled seeing my “friend” at Mono Hot Springs Resort – yet she claimed not to know JCW, the man described in earlier blogs. I even recall bumping into her at the rest home where my grandmother was, in 1971, which she repeatedly reminded me of throughout the years. With a motto: “Nothing is a coincidence” – nothing less than a lie-detector test would suffice for what I want to know. Papers are too easy to alter. In short, she seemed to intertwine in more than I could make sense of. Her behavior and attitude made no sense either - including her delight in talking about the lives of others who had been destroyed. People she claimed had harmed or hurt her in the past – one after another, as she continued to portray herself as a victim.
Something kept nagging at me about this “friend” so I finally decided to do some research. What better way to obtain financial information than to run a fraudulent bookkeeping service. Click to enlarge:
Upon asking her about her bookkeeping service, which there was no record of, she said it was her roommate’s bookkeeping service! (Her roommate had just died.) Her roommate, a full-time employee of the County, had a bookkeeping service named, “Leila Bronson’s Tax Service?!?”
Last time we spoke, she claimed to be interested in “helping” hospice patients. Knowing her as I do, that made no sense either. UNTIL ….. seeing her latest business endeavor in Oregon, where she relocated. She now claims to have 40 yrs experience as a metaphysician!

Leila Bronson
Our last contact was approximately 1 month ago. July 21, to be exact. She actually had the audacity to imply that I imagined the years of hell leading up to and including the nightmare described on my blogs:
“I hope that you can keep the worst parts of the past behind you and still embrace the fun memories that we did have. The negitive side of our nature always tell us that they are out to get us. Maybe we really did do it it all to ourselves and the joke is on us.”
Does she think I am still being poisoned? This is another one of my so-called “friends” as well as one of the “credible witnesses” behind the annihilation of my family and me. As I have said in the past, the longer a person can be set up, the more legitimate it appears to outsiders. With the focus kept on their victim, no one ever questions or looks into THEIR backgrounds or trails of doing this to others. Sadly, my own siblings cannot see beyond the smokescreen – they were set up no less than I was. Due to this woman’s comments regarding my brother, there is much cause for concern about his welfare. The operation appears to work on a “rotation basis.”
