Estate Planning – waste of money (Fresno)

Many people / families spend a lot of time and money in making sure their estates are left in order.  They seek out qualified individuals in the legal / financial field who analyze and create investment strategies ensuring that their estate / beneficiaries are taken care of in the best manner possible.  

 

I was employed by one of Fresno, CA’s top estate planners / broker dealers.  An impeccable reputation; an absolute genius in his field.  Let me share some of this man’s ‘behind-the-scene’ activities.

 

Preying after the beneficiaries and annihilating them in order to seize control of property and assets.  Altering legal documents while citing his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.”  Forging insurance applications.  Fraudulent insurance application(s) appointing himself “beneficiary.”  Giving instructions on when to stop making house payments so he and/or his entourage could step in pay cash at foreclosure, laughing, “Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy.”  Conspiring with his estate attorney in preparation of fraudulent legal documents – as far as appointing himself “Successor Trustee” to property of his clients (despite Irrevocable Trust.)  Using chemicals to manipulate, violate and annihilate.  Trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again, illegal conversion of assets.

 

It was not until being personally targeted that I realized what he had been doing to his clients throughout the years.  In my case, while I was being administered unknown chemicals, he had my computer networked to his office.  As if the correspondence on my computer was not insane enough, I have no idea what was being added/altered.  Not only was he distributing this trash to everyone around, he offered to sell a stack of it to someone for $40 – can you imagine the time and effort this man put into annihilating me so he could step in and seize control of my family’s properties (which he did.)  Severing ties among family members, whether in this manner or divorce, etc. allows him to step in as a heroic ‘go-between.’  No one suspects this man of theft, fraudulent documents or forgery.  His clients trust him as they should be able to trust anyone in his position.  He is the last person on the planet who would be suspected of wrongdoing, which allows him to continue.  Is this not what makes a successful con?!? 

 

Reporting him to the Dept. of Insurance as well as investment agencies did not even result in a response.  Regardless of whether reports pertained to their clients or employees targeted by this man, Principal Insurance was not interested.  Not only am I kept closely monitored in order for this man and his entourage to continue sabotaging my reports pertaining to this and the accompanying crimes being carried out, the focus continues to be misguided with trash about me during the time I was being poisoned.  I have learned that if you can make your victim appear to be the most horrible person on earth, no one looks at YOU or YOUR trail.  The fact remains that I am far from being this man’s only victim.  Estate planners have a Code of Ethics they are required to abide by:  http://www.naepc.org/codeofethics.web  Any breach in responsibilities is to be reported and will be investigated.   Help is needed; I am requesting a favor.  Please forward this to the above agency (or email admin@naepc.org.)  Copies to an investigative reporter or securities dealer would also be helpful.  NO ONE, under ANY circumstances, is entitled to carry out what Mr. Swieso is doing to his clients or anyone else.
