Fresno’s Bonadelle / Swieso NIGHTMARE!

Wilbert Swieso, former employee of the City of Fresno, was finally caught; he is involved in secret altering of the city’s water system.  Carried out in a barbaric manner, which requires major alterations to structures throughout town.  He has his own fake work crew that accompanies Public Works.  The city pays their risk analyst to lie and set various residents up for annihilation; the fake work crew “clears the path.”  This is how property is vacated in order to carry this out, leaving no witnesses or complaints.  Not only does this explain the sewage overflows that accompany Mr. Swieso’s offers to clients of “help with home repairs”, I personally saw him forge countless insurance applications and alter legal documents while citing his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.”  Destruction /reconstruction of property (without permits or inspections) followed by altered plat/parcel maps to cover up the evidence; property re-sold as “original.”   

In my case, suspected homicide of my family members; poisoning and attempted murder of me; fraudulent legal documents; fraudulent life insurance policy; told I would be meeting the others, “IN ANOTHER WORLD!”  Loss of both income properties that were gutted/rebuilt; robbed of everything, pets killed/harmed; vehicles switched; home behind the income properties was left a shambles.  Same thing done to my neighbor.  The city risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to him.  The property was then torn apart and reconstructed after the sewer and water lines were replaced in the alley.  It was near that time when I saw Swieso forge (trace) the wife’s name on an insurance application.  In the condition I was being kept, I did not recognize the name – but I did mention the sloppy job and misspelling of the wife’s name.  He laughed that no one would ever notice.  Signature on new deed to my neighbor’s property looks like the one I saw Swieso forge; same misspelling.  Note earlier signature that does not appear to match – connections can be linked to Swieso and others among his group.  (More evidence of his plans to take my family’s properties over many years earlier – as well as possible ID theft of another couple?  That is how this works – a “rotation system.”) 

 

 

My other neighbor died after repeated exposure of raw sewage.  Instead of warnings or a chance to protect ourselves, the risk analyst always showed up AFTER these events, lying about the cause.  My handicapped uncle’s hospitalizations coincided with these events.  I endured ongoing illness, respiratory and excruciating cellulitis of both feet.  The risk analyst merely said, “Not my problem.”

 

Neighbor across the street was shot/killed when this took place on his property.  Same “planted” tenants claim that nothing took place – because it was also taking place on their property.  The lines were connected and led beneath the tree planter in the street.  I am referring to Olive Ave.  Old-timers know that Olive Ave. was always a tight, 2-lane street – it now has a middle lane!  It was not widened at one time – block by block, which is why no one noticed.  The evidence of what was done is right here.

   

 

Mr. Swieso’s associate is Jeffry C. Winslow, who implied he eliminated his former wife and her family in order to carry this out.  As you look at this link, keep in mind that Mr. Winslow is the owner of a nearby resort, where he refers to himself as a “predator.”  This is where he met his wife, who has not been seen in years.  Boasting of filming guests with hidden cameras; guests losing their belongings and money.  Whenever I was there, it seemed that an excessive amount of guest’s homes were being burglarized and even burned while they were on vacation – employees would later show up saying that clothes, jewelry, etc. were “given” to them.  (Can you imagine no investigation ever made.)  CLICK HERE ===>   http://fresnorealestatefraudtheft.blogspot.com/2008/07/local-agencies-city-and-county-actually.html 

Mr. Winslow indicated that the illegal altering of the city water system will soon result in piped water throughout his campgrounds “once the water at the dam is raised.”  He also said it had something to do with a huge secret project taking place with the Mono Indians.  If he is referring to the $250 million Mono Rancheria Indian casino about to be built, that is more cause for concern due to his talk of hidden cameras and ”gassing through vents” at motels in order to rob and violate people.   

 

The City of Fresno had the audacity to issue a Restraining Order against me, calling ME a “liar” about the altered sewer/water lines and horrendous damages that took place.  With my photographs stolen and/or scanned and altered to make it appear that nothing changed, Mr. Trost smirked, “You will never prove it.”  I later obtained a copy of the sewer layout, which verified everything I had been reporting – from altered property lines, replaced sewer and water lines, street widening, utility pole relocating, etc.  I have the names of the people altering PG&E’s utility poles.  After trying to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect the lines they said mysteriously fell to the ground, they panicked when I mentioned contacting PG&E.  They DEMANDED I not do that - THEY reconnected everything, which resulted in an additional $900+/- to my utility bill that month.  (Waterston’s former brother-in-law accompanied me to PG&E, while pretending he was not involved in this.)  PG&E’s records have been altered – they are oblivious to what is taking place.  Click here ===>  http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=403660013&blogID=424141798&Mytoken=1210B5DC-FFD2-4B29-8F5984FF745A055039834821  The City of Fresno’s Public Works and their fake work crew finally got caught.  This has been taking place over the past 50+/- yrs.  Entire city turned inside out; no structure standing as it was when originally built.

 

So sure of my final departure, Swieso told me things he would have never otherwise admitted.  Such as this being linked to the late John Bonadelle – secret water diversion for upcoming development beyond Friant (including where Swieso owns/owned vacant lots.)  Swieso even took me for a tour, boasting about being braver than anyone else when it came to breaking laws and getting around water regulations.  How surprised people would be to see what HE accomplished.  It appears that he has piggybacked his own operation into the city’s operation – at this point, it is hard to say where the line is drawn.
 
I don’t want to believe that Mr. Bonadelle had people “eliminated” in order to pull off something like this off.  Or that he would allow this kind of citywide trash reconstruction (without permits or inspections) to be associated with his name.  My emails to the Bonadelle Corp. are not acknowledged.  The city refuses to address the issue with anything other than lies, threats, name-calling.  So my question is this:  How is it that the City is paying their employees to conspire in such a barbaric operation, covering up suspected homicide and real estate theft behind their ringleader (Swieso) who is using Bonadelle’s name behind ALL OF THIS!?!? 

 

Have you ever noticed how the City of Fresno constantly reminds property owners that they are responsible for broken sewer and water lines on their property?  Below are my “new” sewer and water lines now clamped together.  This was done behind my back, just as it has been done throughout the entire city.  Not only am I am now responsible for this corroded trash, as everyone else is responsible for what has been done on their property, can you imagine the nasty water that comes out of these pipes?

       

  

 

 

With the cold weather approaching, many of us will undergo horrendous costs in repairs for broken lines.  You will notice that the lines go beneath the structure – yet there are no permits or inspections on record.  Obviously, the entire structure was torn apart and patched back but it was not done with permits or inspections; disclosure laws kicked aside.  The City of Fresno lies about their barbaric operation, even altering records to cover it up, then holds property owners responsible to maintain this nightmare!  An investigation would show that all of this was carried out illegally, without permits or inspections – how dare they get by with this. 

 

 

 

Since Kerry Trost, senior risk analyst for the city refused to acknowledge what was done to my family’s / neighbors’ properties with anything other than lies, name-calling and perjury, I asked him to explain how the water meter in the alley was moved 8′ south.  That is public information.  He responded, “That is YOUR problem, it is on YOUR property!” 

 

 

Upon reminding Mr. Trost that I do not own the alley or maintain the city water meters, he demanded, “This is OVER!”  In reality, the water meter is connected to the sewer vent in my back yard that went from 2′ to 10′ from the fence – further evidence of EXACTLY what went on.  Mr. Trost was not about to address the issue because the TRUTH is the last thing allowed.  He and the City of Fresno act as if they are entitled to lie about sewage back spills, wipe out innocent residents in order to illegally alter the water system, rob and tear property apart, forge deeds and re-sell as “original.”  As I said from the beginning – it was not expected I would still be here either.  That is their biggest problem – the group behind this returned to further rape me, rob and destroy what little was left of my home.  They are not done with me – they need me OUT.

How were the losses and damages handled with my property insurance?  Mr. Swieso is a long-time insurance agent / estate planner in Fresno.  He knows all the tricks.

 

He hired me to work for him as this was taking place.  While at work, my mail was was being intercepted so I did not receive the monthly property insurance statements.  I continued to pay online but in the wrong amount.  For just a few dollars, my property insurance was cancelled but I never saw the 30-day notice; I only saw the cancellation.  My agent was Ron Lamm of DiBuduo & DeFendis, who had been sending MY business to Swieso’s office, regardless of repeatedly being asked to STOP!  Once coverage was cancelled, Mr. Lamm refused to help.  No reinstatement – he and his secretary refused to even acknowledge me.  This happened at the same time a horrendous mold problem consumed one of the buildings – behind my back, newly-clamped water lines had been loosened, covered with cement.  No amount of money could control the ongoing mold problem.  The tenant was going to sue and own all (as I have heard his group boast of doing to others.)  With me out of the way and Swieso named on fraudulent papers to take over …..

 

It was an accident I got away before they finished me off.  Sabotaged from obtaining replacement coverage, no choice but to sell.  Escrow dragged on for 1 yr because no one would tell me about the fraudulent legal documents.  More interference from Swieso resulted in a loss of over $1 million.  New deeds entail illegally altered property lines and fraudulent financing information – more evidence of how he intended on taking over. 

 

Coincidence?  Mr. Lamm’s office (DiBuduo & DeFendis) address is the same as Bonadelle.

Is it true that John Bonadelle is behind all of the above?  Or was he used as a scape goat for what the City of Fresno is running?  Perhaps it is time that Wilbert G. Swieso’s secret operation is looked into.  The one he is carrying out behind the backs of EVERYONE, including the very people who are protecting and covering up for him, i.e., Mayor Alan Autry, who Swieso refers to as another one of his “puppets.”  Other city officials who he refers to as, “easy.”  The public is entitled to be safe – we are NOT safe.
