WGS is a former employee of the City of Fresno – head of their fake work crew behind secret altering of the city water system. Behind the City’s backs, he claims to have tied in his own operation, which entails more altering and plans of redirecting our water supply. WGS, who boasts of his German ancestry and being “superior” to others, compares himself to “Hitler.” His associate, JCW, boasts of his “gassing through vents” technique. They both mentioned citywide chemicals being distributed to keep the public oblivious to what is taking place right under their noses. Fluoride? WGS is also a long-time insurance agent / estate planner / financial consultant whose clients are several of the nearby water districts. He was caught conspiring with one of them in a fraudulent insurance policy, appointing himself, “beneficiary!” So put nothing past anyone – and think about this: What better way to poison or administer chemicals than through a clamped water system as shown below. At this point, all that is needed is a mere screwdriver.

In short, a self-proclaimed “Hitler” has taken over our water infrastructure and no one is overseeing any of this. No accountability, whatsoever.

This copy of an unaltered sewer layout has caused great panic among the City of Fresno.

Because it not only verifies the secret replacing of the water system, street widening, relocation of utility poles and altering of all parcel lines due to the major reconstruction to connecting properties, it also verifies the effort that has been put into covering this up i.e., altered parcel maps, aerial views and old directories. This is why there are no older records of Fresno; this is why there are few (unaltered) vintage photographs of Fresno.

The parcel map also verifies the lies told by the City’s risk analysts, when this was carried out on 4 parcels in the Tower Dist. Why lie to property owners about the cause of sewage back spills as the initial preparations were taking place unless plans were being made to eliminate people. Coincidence? Trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged and fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policies, poisoning, attempted murder, and suspected homicide.

Another major concern is that reconstruction of property throughout Fresno (and more) is being done without permits or inspections. Disclosure laws disregarded because it is the title companies where the altering of parcel / plat maps, recording forgeries and fraudulent financing information takes place.

How far did Mayor Alan Autry go in his panic and desperation to stop this from being exposed? According to Kerry Trost, Sr. Risk Analyst, it was Mayor Autry who had him issue a Restraining Order against me – perjury to call me a “liar.”

Phones tapped (verified with $350 Tele-Tap) and a $900 r.f. detector that shows active *devices* throughout my home. I have been informed that films of me while being poisoned have been distributed to everyone I know, as well as the neighborhood. I am prohibited from reporting any of this, justice for my family members or restitution for the loss of our properties, destruction of my home and theft of everything I owned. No matter what I say, I am called a “liar.” Even regarding VIN altering (Eberwein Auto) that was verified by local CA Highway Patrol. That resulted in my next vehicle being switched – because naturally, I am called a “liar.”

My next-door-neighbor contracted hepatitis and an excruciating foot infection that resulted in amputation / staph after repeated exposure of raw sewage, which the risk analyst was lying about; dead age 50.

I also endured excruciating foot infections, respiratory, and ongoing illness as this took place. Below is only a PORTION of Rx’s for one month.

My handicapped uncle’s hospital visits coincided with sewage back spills; his death was timed to the upgrade in front of our properties. He HAD to die in order for WGS to conspire in fraudulent legal documents, appointing himself, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties. Repeat: It was not expected that I would still be alive either. Properties torn apart as city sewer and water lines were replaced; all assets distributed.

The attorney who conspired with WGS in the fraudulent legal documents was the estate attorney for the unsolved Polzin murder across the street.

Upon reporting Silva, he closed his office and fled, never to be seen again.

The City of Fresno is covering up for WGS – lying, perjury, sexual harassment, death threats for reporting the atrocities that took place when targeted by this group.

50 yrs of criminal networking has resulted in my information consistently being altered and/or deleted. So keep in mind that ID theft does not mean that a person is still alive. To believe the so-called “credible friends and witnesses” among this group is to step into their trap.

Reporting my concerns of my siblings being in danger were also disregarded. It has been implied that 2 of the 3 are now dead; the same 2 whose names are listed in public records linked to those at the core of this. I have no way of knowing if they are alive or dead as poison and severing ties is how the “rotation method” continues. Last time we spoke, it was clear that they are being administered chemicals, which has turned them into the same vicious nightmares I became while being poisoned.

Family killed, properties taken by fraud. Robbed, raped, pets killed, home left a shambles, insurance sabotaged so I cannot file a claim for anything. After 14 yrs as a care provider, the next several years left isolated and unemployed, in fear for my life as the death threats continue. There is no help – only more lies and more deaths, on top of more forgeries and altered records as the city’s water system is being prepared for water diversion beyond Friant / Madera. Upcoming development, which WGS says is the continuation of Bonadelle’s “secret water operation.” This is how they got around the water laws and regulations, which he laughs the public will never figure out. “They believe anything they are told.”

Should it come as a surprise to see who conspired with WGS in cancellation and non-renewal of property insurance coverage as mold consumed the property after the newly-clamped water lines had been loosened, covered with cement?

Ours were the last properties on the block to be altered in this manner. 50 yrs of tearing the city inside out, has left the entire city a shambles, setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines. Look what these people had the audacity to do behind my back – same as property throughout Fresno, as the city reminds property owners they are liable to maintain this nightmare.

Believe it or not, I was even called a “liar” when I said that the sewer vent in my back yard was no longer 2′ from the fence. It is now 10′ from the fence.

Upon asking about the new water meter in the alley, which had been relocated 8′ south, Mr. Trost demanded, “That is YOUR problem – it is on YOUR property!” Upon reminding him that I do not own the alley or maintain the city water meters, he snapped, “This is over!” Yet as you can see on the diagram below, which was obtained from the City’s own web page, the City of Fresno is responsible and obligated to address PUBLIC INFORMATION as this is on CITY PROPERTY! And affecting public health!

In reality, the water meter is connected to the sewer vent that is no longer where it was for 60 yrs. Further evidence that it was not me who lied about anything. My family, neighbors and me were set up for annihilation so our properties could be taken by fraud so the water system could be replaced without leaving any complaints or witnesses.

Mayor Alan Autry referred to this as an, “infrastructure upgrage.”
