Mayor Alan Autry never mentioned the street widening that accompanied his “new sidewalks” aka “No Neighborhood Left Behind.” The street widening was a secret. A secret because it entailed cutting several feet off private properties, which was compensated by narrowing / closing alleys behind these properties. It entailed removal of various structures as others were secretly shifted down the block without permits or inspections. It entailed creating massive ADA violations. So Alan Autry kept the street widening a secret, with the focus on his “new sidewalks.”
He used a fake work crew to carry out the alterations on private properties. Parcel maps and aerial views were quickly altered to make it appear that the streets were always as wide as they are now. These steps were taken in order for the City of Fresno to deny knowledge or responsibility for the damages, code violations, illnesses, deaths and murders that accompanied his “new sidewalks.”
Yes murders. And real estate theft.
The city pays their risk analyst to lie to property owners about the cause behind sewage back spills as city sewer and water lines are secretly replaced next to private properties. In my case, my family was murdered, 2 income properties taken by fraud, my home behind the income properties also stripped and haphazardly rebuilt on top of clamped sewer/water lines, property lines altered, streets widened, relocation of fire hydrants, storm drains, utility poles, etc. Reporting the atrocities resulted in Alan Autry having his risk analysts issue a Restraining Order against me ~ calling me a “liar” about all of the above. Death threats followed if I continue to expose this.

My next-door-neighbor to the north died after repeated exposure of raw sewage. Hepatitis, staph, foot amputation. Risk analyst’s response: “Not my problem.”

Continuing to seek help reported in an escalation in death threats. Keeping me closely monitored and sabotaged from seeking help, this is the latest contribution from Autry and his group.
Calling me a “liar” resulted in Autry’s group returning. Knowing there are no consequences when linked to Autry’s “secret sideline” I was raped, further robbed, pets killed, more vandalism to my home and again, called a “liar.” They do not stop until their victim has been eliminated and a new deed prepared, reflecting the new property lines. I have been left unemployed, in a home that is now a shambles, insurance sabotaged, in fear for my life as the death threats and horrors continue.

The Restraining Order was issued against me after all my old documents and photographs had been stolen or scanned/altered to make it appear that none of this took place. So sure of getting by with this, Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst smirked, “You will never prove it.” To begin with, most of Fresno will verify that Olive Ave. (Tower Dist) was widened. This copy of the City’s unaltered sewer layout further verifies EXACTLY what they did to my family’s and neighbor’s properties. The fraudulent and forged legal documents are further evidence of what they did to the property owners in order to carry this out.
So you can see why the City of Fresno is adamant about not allowing me to file a report about what was done ~ they do not want this documented or on record. They actually feel entitled to have residents killed in order to pull this off without leaving witnesses or complaints. Therefore, no help, justice for my murdered family members or restitution for what was done/taken.
BACKFIRE! As the death threats against me continue to increase, I will spend my last days on earth exposing this as far and wide as possible. In their attempt to further annihilate / eliminate me, the City of Fresno documented their own fraud! With the evidence now being presented, that Restraining Order is official public record of the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA.
