Fresno’s city officials are conspiring with one of their former employees, Wilbert G. Swieso, in a barbaric operation, which is why they are covering up the accompanying horrors i.e., illnesses, deaths, forgeries, suspected homicides and facts behind unsolved murders.
Unless secret altering of the city water system (parcel by parcel) is done in-between sales, property owners are being annihilated in order to “clear the path” so the alterations can take place. Major alterations to the property are then carried out, ending with altered property lines. One way or another, before it is over, the property MUST be vacated and resold in order to prepare a new deed reflecting these changes.
As the city carries out the alterations to city property, they use Swieso’s fake work crew/s for the alterations on private property. Once everything is tied together, altered records allow the city to deny any knowledge or responsibility for any of this; they go as far as to deny their own street widening! Aerial views are altered to make it appear that nothing took place. So you can see why elimination of property owners is so important to the city as well ~ due to the massive fraud, code violations, health crises and other horrors taking place as this continues, other than those who are “planted” in the area to use as “credible witnesses” that nothing took place, they cannot / do not leave witnesses behind.
The fake work crew is comprised of extremely dangerous people. Not only do they boast of their hidden cameras inside and outside of homes, office and motels, which allow them to burglarize, kill, switch medications, rape, whatever …… they claim to be “selling” babies and small children of their murdered victims.
So keep in mind that there is NO reason to disbelieve what they are saying because the evidence behind everything else they have admitted to doing, has proven to exist. From forgery, ID theft, real estate theft, bank fraud, string of suspected homicides and unsolved murders, mutilation of a handicapped man, VIN altering, burglary, poisoning, hidden cameras, more. Reports were refused, as these people are protected by the City of Fresno!
One of the 2 main ringleaders (both linked to Alan Autry who had a Restraining Order issued against me for reporting this barbaric operation) implied that his own grandson was stolen at birth. This, of course, would explain how a blonde-haired, blue-eyed couple ended up with a 1/2-Mexican baby. I have names of others who claim to be involved in illegal child “selling” to people who do not qualify. I also have names of suspected buyers. And others who talk of child sex and dismemberment of the older children. Repeat: There is no reason to disbelieve these claims. I do not know how to go about having this looked into because I cannot get beyond the stalking, sabotaging, discrediting of those behind this nightmare. That includes the City of Fresno ~ in addition to the perjury and death threats against me, if you look at the title of the blog below you can see that their sexual harassment is linked directly to what I am stating. (Swieso is an insurance agent / estate planner ~ he refers various home health personnel to his victims.)
I do not have the means or the power to get beyond the City of Fresno and/or their entourage. A $350 Tele-Tap indicates my phones tapped; my computer is hacked; I am stalked, monitored, sabotaged and discredited with every attempt to seek help or report the atrocities taking place. Help is needed in having this looked into ~ please help.
