Behind the secret diverting of Fresno’s water supply are EXTREME violations of civil and human rights.
Dept. of Public Works was behind WGS’s reign of terror as he annihilated my family members in order to seize control of our properties and assets. This is why everything else has also remained covered up – from real estate theft i.e., forged deeds, altered documents to missing persons, suspected homicide that accompanies their operation. Instead of help, a Restraining Order was issued against me, which prohibits me from reporting this nightmare to anyone at the City of Fresno. Fresno County District Attorney’s office blocked my email address to prohibit me from continuing to provide more evidence of the atrocities. Fresno County Court Administration followed. How is that for pinning a victim into a corner with no way out, while making sure the horrors are allowed to continue.
Replacement of city sewer and water lines entails massive damages to connecting properties. In this case, there was no notice or warning of what was to come, because it was not authorized or done with permits and inspections.
Naturally, there was no warning or chance for us to protect ourselves from the repeated discharging of toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage. Instead, the risk analyst always showed up after the fact, blatantly lying about the cause. Deeming these events to be the result of, “negligence in sewer maintenance” when in fact, sewer and water lines were being replaced.
As raw sewage flooded my next-door-neighbor’s yard I told the risk analyst it would result in illness and/or death – she merely responded, “Not my problem.” I then refused to sign her release until something was done. After 48 hrs of my belongings setting in raw sewage and nothing being done, I felt I had no choice but to sign – I was a full-time caregiver and this was jeopardizing our lives. My neighbor’s health began to deteriorate; his foot became extremely infected; foot was amputated; he died at 50. I too, endured excrutiatingly painful foot infections; ongoing illness; need for an inhaler to breathe. Pleas for the risk analyst to test the soil were refused. She finally said, “Not my job.” But lying to us WAS her job?!? Having lives and property destroyed was her job?
My handicapped uncle’s hospital stays coincided with sewage back spills; his death coincided with the citywide upgrade, which is when WGS hired me – leaving no one home as his mob robbed and tore our properties apart to illegally alter the sewer and water lines. He initially took me to WI for 10 days – as long as the chemicals continued being administered to me, I was oblivious to what was taking place.
After the deaths of my family members, fraudulent legal documents had been prepared appointing WGS, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties; fraudulent insurance policy appointing WGS beneficiary; all belongings distributed as I was told I would soon be meeting the others “in another world.”
The Dept. of Public Works also lied to the owner of the Laundromat across the alley - he, too, was set up for his final departure. WGS and his group then finished tearing up the Laundromat and patching it back just as they had done to my family’s properties. Owner of the Laundromat was never seen again; new deed looks forged.
Neighbor across the street was shot/murdered as this was carried out there - the truth behind that remains unknown due to the neighbors who lied about what took place. They are the same “planted” neighbors who also lied about what took place on my family’s properties. (It was also taking place on THEIR properties!)
Attorney who conspired with WGS in fraudulent legal documents was also the attorney for the murdered man. Coincidence or not, it was when all this was being uncovered, the attorney secretly closed his office and fled – never to be seen again. Disbarred.
The Restraining Order prohibits me from thanking Mayor Autry for all his help and contributions throughout the mayhem – as his associates called me a “liar” about the horrors. (City records verify EXACTLY what they did.) When I pleaded for help, Mayor Autry had them issue a Restraining Order against me as he turned his back and slammed the door. At the same time he had the audacity to inform the public that his so-called “citywide upgrade” is reducing crime throughout Fresno. And now he will leave office as these very same people are allowed to continue the atrocities. Because HE decided they were not dangerous? Surely he owes the residents of Fresno more than this. Such as asking the ringleader if he would be willing to take a polygraph stating no involvement in foul play. I am referring to the one who forges and alters legal documents while reciting his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.” The one who has his victim/s poisoned and filmed with hidden cameras, which he later shows to family and friends as evidence of his services being needed. A corrupt and deadly estate planner / former employee of the City of Fresno – this is his “secret sideline” with a trail that speaks for itself.
WGS succeeded in running my family and me off 2 of our 3 properties and much, much worse. He is currently in the midst of finishing what he started. Clearly, no one is going to help me or stop this heinous monster – reporting this nightmare is treated as the biggest crime of all. The atrocities will continue as WGS and Mayor Autry continue being perceived as heroes.
