How much more corrupt can a city be than when elected official(s) conspire in elimination of various residents so they and/or their group can rob and take property by fraud in order to carry out secret replacement of the water system without leaving witnesses or complaints. (Upcoming water diversion.)
Here in Fresno, CA Mayor Alan Autry had the risk analysts lie to my neighbors and me regarding the cause behind repeated sewage back spills as the lines were being replaced, portion at a time, in preparation for what was coming (so-called citywide “upgrade.”) Aside from the illnesses, infections, amputation and death that ensued after being exposed to toxic, disease-carrying raw sewage, the aftermath included several suspected homicides, fraudulent and forged legal documents, attempted murder. Properties taken by fraud and rebuilt on top of the city’s replaced water lines; property lines altered; relocation of storm drains, fire hydrants, utility poles, etc. No record for ANY OF THIS! Instead, parcel maps and aerial views were altered to make it appear that things were always this way!
With my documents and photos stolen or scanned/altered, Autry had senior risk analyst, Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst call me a “liar” about what took place. Not only did he laugh when I told him he was covering up suspected homicides, he smirked, “You will never prove it” (pertaining to all the major reconstruction to private and city property.) Mr. Trost made sure that I was prohibited from contacting anyone else at the City of Fresno for help, restitution, or justice for the murders of my family. Death threats if I continue to report this.
One-half block to the west is an unsolved murder ~ Bill Polzin was killed as this took place on his property. His neighbors, who plotted in the preparations for the sewer/water line tie-ins, lied. I made this up? I lied about my family and neighbors being murdered as streets was widened, properties torn apart and rebuilt on top of the replaced water system? These are the residential streets on both sides of the Polzin property (which was located on Olive Ave.)
Death threats increased upon providing this copy of the unaltered sewer layout, which verifies exactly what I reported.
Widening Olive Ave. where could not have possibly been done without the major destruction / reconstruction as described above. Here lies a string of murders being covered up.

Mayor Alan Autry had ME deemed a “liar” about all of the above, including suspected homicide, followed by DEATH threats and SEXUAL HARASSMENT! I have already been raped, courtesy of Alan Autry’s lies and cover-up. Called a “liar” about that as well as attempted murder of me. Alan Autry pinned me into a corner with no way out.
