How dare Mayor Alan Autry (Fresno, CA)

To me, my handicapped uncle was the most precious person in the world.  Born with Down’s syndrome, he was filled with nothing but love.  Since I was a child, I vowed to take care of him should it ever be necessary – I loved him more than words could possibly express. 
 
The day came when I became my uncle’s care provider.  It wasn’t long before he had surgery that left him totally bedridden – still, I vowed to never leave him alone, or in a hospital or nursing home where I could not be by his side 24/7.  But something horrible happened to me – I had become a nightmare.  Earlier blogs describe how I was being poisoned and filmed with hidden cameras.  These films included my ballistic rages – screaming at my helpless uncle, I even hit him, which haunts me every day of my life. Amazingly, the people behind the hidden cameras continued filming me rather than stepping in to help – that should be the first clue that I was being set up.  These films were used for the specific purpose of severing all ties to me – clearing the path for what was coming. 
 
My uncle died in 1999; I was immediately hired by WGS, my insurance agent who had been “helping” me with so-called “home repairs” throughout the years – especially ongoing damages from nightmare tenants who were renting my family’s 2 properties next door.  Or so I thought that is what he was doing.  At work, my behavior continued to remain a nightmare as he exploited me to all as being “crazy.”  So the first question would be – just how “crazy” I would have been, not to see my own property (as well as rental properties next door) being torn apart, patched back together, with all belongings switched with trash!  Or sign fraudulent legal documents appointing WGS, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties “should something happen to me.”  This man, a 45-yr insurance agent/estate planner and his estate attorney did not know the definition of IRREVOCABLE TRUST?!?  The trust was to end and be divided among the beneficiaries.  Behind my back, it appears he was playing ends against one another.  He convinced me that I needed to do as he instructued because, according to him, my siblings set me up to be left homeless. No doubt ~ after seeing my psychotic behavior while being poisoned, manipulated and set up for my final departure. They stepped RIGHT INTO THE TRAP ~ the “rotation system.” They are in great danger yet reports are disregarded. (Swieso is light-years ahead of everyone else – this is his secret sideline. This explains all the forged insurance applications and altered legal documents as he cited his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.”)  I was so far gone, I did not even realize my 1990 Honda had been switched after being charged $5,000 for so-called “repairs!”  (All I needed was an oil change.  CHP verified the VIN altering.)  WGS and his group continue to discredit me, saying I made all of this up, because I am “crazy.”  So imagine this ….. aerial views verify that this was taking place while my uncle was still alive – the garage, where the sewage back spills were taking place, was completely taken apart and put back differently.  (More that cannot be covered up – not mentioned here.)  How could anyone dispute that something was HORRIBLY WRONG WITH ME not to see or notice what had taken place!  My uncle’s hospital records coincide with sewage back spills; his death coincided with the city upgrade in front of our properties. He HAD to die in order for the fraudulent legal documents to be prepared ~ the property was in a Trust for his care!!! Hiring me kept no one home as the city equipment remained here for days, which is when the major alterations in the alley took place – replacing the water system!  And the “gutting” and haphazard reconstruction of our properties – no authorization, permits or inspections.  No notice for widening of streets which entailed replacing the fronts of our store-front properties.  Switching and relocation of PG&E’s utility poles (which they have no record of.)  Poles moved to line back up to illegally altered structures.  I have the names of the people who demanded I not contact PG&E when all the cables/lines were on the ground. They tried to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect that mess ~ after THEY reconnected it, I ended up with an additional $900+/- on my utility bill that month!  All done in secrecy – followed by altered plat/parcel maps to cover up evdience of the massive alterations to structures and property lines! 
 
It was an accident I got away from these people before they finished what they began – I had been set up for my final departure.  After years of being poisoned, it was like returning from another planet.  Although at first, I did not know what happened to me or our properties, I *knew* that my uncle and deceased father had also been poisoned. (More, not mentioned here.) Unfortunately, my credibility was totally destroyed – no one was interested in anything I had to say.  So I vowed to find the evidence and motive for what had been done to us – who would imagine that I would uncover what appears to be the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA.  Water diversion.  A trail behind the very people I reported is lined with burglaries, ID theft, forged deeds, illegal conversion of assets, suspected arson, suspected homicide and more.  The very same people who targeted my family and our properties had also targeted the Laundromat across the alley.  The owner of the Laundromat was never seen again; risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to him – lying about the cause behind sewage back spills.  New deed looks forged; address of new owner is next door to JCW!  The same neighbors who lied about what was taking place when another neighbor was shot and killed as this was done to his property, also lied about what was done to my family’s properties – linked to WGS and JCW.  Even the attorney who prepared the fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties was the same attorney for the estate of the man who was murdered!  (Coincidence or not, when all of this began to be uncovered, the attorney secretly closed his office – never to be seen again.)  Surrounded by death, suspected homicide, unsolved murder and attempted murder, fraudulent and forged legal documents, fraudulent insurance policy as I was told I would be meeting the others, “in another world” – going on to uncover a trail of more …….. how could I have possibly made this up?!? People are being set up and annihilated in order to vacate property to carry this out!
 
Thinking back:  Diane, the 7th wife of JCW’s partner pleaded for help, saying she was being poisoned with intent to kill – but because her credibility had been destroyed, no one believed her either.  Diane died at age 39.  (Just like my situation, involving her family members made this group appear legitimate.)  JCW is the person who told me I would be meeting the others, including his former wife, “in another world.”  His wife has not been seen in years; her signatures on deeds were verified by a handwriting expert as being forged.  I looked into JCW’s trail – click here:

JFM was WGS’s partner who conspired in hiring me back in 1982 – JFM called me 2 wks before blowing his head off, telling me, “I can’t tell you – you wouldn’t understand.”  During the 25 yrs I knew WGS I never knew of his connection to the Laundromat next to my family’s properties – in the 80s.  Unmatching signatures on the 1984 deed are another concern to me because my mother’s death was in 1983.  What in hell was going on at that Laundromat and why am I treated like a criminal for reporting what appears to be more fraud and real estate theft – possibly worse!  HOW MANY SETS OF ALBERT AND JENNIE PEREZ ARE THERE NOW?!?  (Third set looks like the signature I saw WGS forge [trace] on an insurance application – he laughed that no one would ever notice the misspelling, as done on the 2004 deed.  This was near the time he ran my family and me off our properties, which were taken by fraud and re-sold by more fraud. It was all timed to precision – more later.)  

Not only did JCW imply that my mother’s death is on film, WGS’s worker pointed to the exact spot she died, claiming a “ghost” told him.  Without being poisoned, I linked more together – the people behind this nightmare go back to childhood “friends.”  A “boyfriend” from 1973 is even linked to the Laundromat, who I later learned is linked to my so-called “friends” from the bank where I used to work in 1973-79.  Imagine one of those people ending up as WGS’s office manager in the 90’s.  These are the people who, like my surrounding neighbors, are being used as the “credible witnesses” in order to further annihilate.  No one has ever looked into their backgrounds or trails as they continue to override everything I say or uncover because THEY ARE BEHIND IT!               
Had I not loved my family, I would not have gone to all this effort to uncover why this was done to us.  How dare Mayor Autry respond to my reports and pleas for help by having his Public Works, the very people who lied as they set us up for total annihilation and destruction and loss of our properties, issue a Restraining Order against me – deeming ME to be a “danger to THEIR lives.”  What kind of human being could be so cruel. Added to all the other fraudulent lawsuits by “planted” tenants – it is ME who appears an even BIGGER criminal, as the horrors continue.  Tenants who accused me of stealing – thus entitling them to steal from me?!?  “Planting” things in my home, later accusing ME of stealing?  RN even staged his own burglary and made ME appear to be the thief!  Did anyone ever look into the backgrounds of these people?  Did anyone ever see all the other lawsuits filed against previous victims?  Or their mold claims and mold lawsuits, which resulted in THEM taking what others worked lifetimes for as they were in the process of doing here?!?  (Public Works and their group taught the trick of loosening the lines – a trick that can now be done on all properties throughout Fresno.)  As long as I am kept isolated with Mayor Autry and/or his group continuing to discredit me, I am unable to defend any of their accusations; I cannot protect myself from the ongoing slander, horrors, death threats and efforts to see that I do not make it out of this alive.  Unemployed, in fear for my life, I have been pinned into a corner with no way out.
 

What I have stated above, can easily be verified.  The effort, however, continues being put into discrediting me, calling me “liar” and “crazy” which allows the atrocities to continue.  Unsolved murders will remain unsolved – because the truth is the last thing allowed.  I am kept closely monitored and sabotaged with every attempt to seek help.  As one person indicated to me, ”You may have made it further than the rest of them, but there is no way out.”  Another one blatantly told me, ”You are insignificant.”  As one can see, that applies to all residents of Fresno – dead or alive.  The lack of respect for human life as well as what others worked lifetimes for, including this entire city and the once-beautiful structures, is tragic.  This is nothing less than a burglary / murder / real estate theft operation that accompanies secret water diversion; this is how property is being vacated in order to carry it out – total annihilation of the owners. (Note to Autry’s goons – anyone using “forged” documents to justify any of this better come up with something better.  No forgeries were ever RECORDED!  If this pertains to my father’s death, I am not forgetting how the coroner refused to allow an autopsy – if anyone was entitled to an autopsy it was my father after being “discharged” from the hospital with pneumonia 2 days earlier!  The coroner was Council Member Bob Waterston’s brother.  Coincidence – Waterston’s former brother-in-law (MDW) had me in emergency hospital when I went to visit him in CO as the alterations were still going on behind my back.  Upon my return home, he called to ask how my HOUSE was!  Naturally, he said I was “imagining” things.  He is linked to JCW, WGS, –> RAK <– and more – the very people I have been reporting all along.  Linked to North Fork Rancheria Mono Indians – Hot Springs. And the new casino!!!! THAT IS WHAT ALL OF THIS IS ABOUT!  WATER DIVERSION FOR DEVELOPMENT!  Robbing, vacating, and taking property by fraud in order to alter the water system!) 
 

I was prohibited from caring and/or protecting my family members from harm; our properties and belongings from these henious monsters.  Mayor Alan Autry’s reaction to have me further stripped of basic human and civil rights will cost me what little is left – including my life.  As planned from the beginning. 

By the way JCW is the owner of Mono Hot Springs Resort.  How many other resort owners would be allowed to continue running such a business with a trail like this one has?  (Click on top link.)  See who is protecting and covering it up.  This explains why there is no help.  Clearly, they are not done with me – it is not over until a new deed has been prepared, reflecting altered property lines to match the others.
