Long story, so bear with me as you see how it comes back around and exposes the very people/motive I have been reporting / exposing for so long – behind the decades of Fresno’s annihilations / illegal takeovers.
Back in the mid-90s when I was care-provider to family members, I needed legal help, but could not afford. Story short – I was introduced to this woman by a “friend” I went to school with (20+ yrs earlier.) The paralegal prepared a couple of legal documents and in return, I did some typing for her.
Renting my family’s properties (next door to me) was a nightmare due to so much hell and destruction from tenant after tenant. I hired the paralegal to be the property manager of the corner property. S.M. aka “Arte ….”
The first thing Arte did was tell me how she ended up owning her previous landlord’s property due to a mold issue that could not be taken care of – warning me it better not happen here. Next, she begged me to be there when a journalist from the local newspaper (Fresno Bee) was scheduled to come out and interview her about her new business and location. She would not take NO for an answer. Finally, after several protests, against better judgement I agreed. I said nothing to the journalist other than it was good to see the building alive again and wished this woman the best. The journalist wrote a brief history of the property and that I told him I owned the properties, which was a LIE – they were in a Trust for Rolf (handicapped [Down syndrome, totally bedridden] uncle), I was the Trustee – the properties were later to be divided among my siblings and me. On top of my behavior while being administered horrific chemicals without my knowledge throughout all of this, it was the final straw for my siblings – they turned on me and helped have me annihilated with plans/attempts of worse. Exactly as planned. Once again – a major lie (as told by the journalist as well as this tenant), surrounded by truth, appears to be the truth.
Arte was an ongoing nightmare. While tearing the property apart she was filing fraudulent lawsuits and R.O.s against me – (at one point telling me SHE would own the properties.) She also lied and set me up to have Rolf removed from my care. Regardless she never won in court, on record it appeared (still does) that I am/was the villain and she was an innocent victim. Next tenant did the same – as the hell/destruction continued.
The chemicals had turned me into a nightmare – the paralegal and I parted ways. Getting Arte out was no small feat – let alone the horrific damages/unauthorized reconstruction to/throughout the entire structure. (As her parting gift, she left both toilets stuffed with towels with water spigots running.) This was only the beginning of more horrors to come, including attempts to have the properties burned down! (During which time my life insurance agent conspired with the property insurance agent – with a fraudulent life ins policy on me which appointed HIM beneficiary, and fraudulent legal documents appointing him as Trustee of the properties if I died (attempted several times) – as the prop ins agent (R.L. of DiBudio & DeFendis) increased the fire insurance on the properties behind my back! When that did not pan out as planned, he had the insurance coverage cancelled as major damages from tenant continued (loosening the water lines, causing mold to crawl up the wall, ready to collapse!)
With the ongoing rotation of tenants (both properties) that I had no idea were linked or the motive behind the ongoing horrors. Added to “planted tenants, “planted neighbors”, insurance, attorney and realtor fraud, in addition to how the City of Fresno participated in this and more/worse – we lost the properties to this mob – cheated in excess of $1 million. Problem was …. it was not intended I would still be alive, I was (am) still occupying the final property they were (are still) after.
I still did not know the truth about the paralegal, regardless of the person who initially introduced us (also involved in the horrors.) Feeling bad about how the paralegal and I parted – I wanted to apologize, even going to her house one day but no one answered the door.
Moving forward 20+ yrs. April, 2020. The paralegal and I ran into one another – story short, we re-united and became what I believed to be “friends.” The first thing she did was ask for a tour of my home – claiming she could not see what had taken place here or the properties next door! Then she asked who I intended to leave my home to after I died – she was MAD when I told her it would be left to my siblings (who to this day, I have not seen or spoken to – I do not know if they are still alive or were taken out by the same method as done to others by this mob – it was not intended for them to still be alive either. As I was previously told they would be. Quote: “They will die never knowing the truth.”) Each of my siblings (3) inherited VERY LARGE SUMS – never suspecting who/what they were hooked up with either (let alone the trails of their “friends.”) Where are they now? More ID theft and seizure of properties and assets, which is rampant among this group? That is how it works.
One month later, the paralegal asked again – who did I intend on leaving my house to after I died? Of course she was mad again, telling me my siblings did not deserve it after the way they abandoned me when I was taking care of our family members when they (and I) needed help. She sounded like a recording of previous participants in this ordeal – those behind the poisonings, etc. as ties were being permanently severed. I don’t know why I did not get away from her then. Then she asked if I would rent a room to one of her friends – HELL NO! She glared at me in a manner that left the hair on the back of my neck standing up.) Regardless of my suspicions, I was so desperate for a REAL friend who was NOT involved in this nightmare, I pushed it aside and kept telling myself I was wrong. After all, she assured me she was NOT involved. When she asked me for keys to my home – reminding me I had no one else, I gave them to her. 😦
By this time, the paralegal was in her 80s, closed her office, had lost her long-time partner, was in debt, had 3 roommates to help pay the rent, my heart went out to her. Regardless I lost most everything and forced to go to work making minimum wage (now age 70) alone, and with my own bills to pay, I did everything I could to help her. Gave her money, prepared food and took it to her and her roommates, bought things she said she needed, repeatedly became her taxi when her vehicle was not running, on and on and on.
Yet it seemed that everything I did was met with suspicion (or she monitoring / studying my every move and word said.) Most everything I said or did made her angry. Her focus seemed to be my house – nothing else mattered. She told me I needed to start clearing it out (yes, it is a mess after what took place, I lost control.) Saying everything was junk and needed to be taken out. (I thought the same about her house but would never be so rude.) Then she told me I should move into a small cottage somewhere else. Why? Prior than being brought up next door (1 of the 2 props taken by fraud), I have lived here the remainder of my life. A simple 2-bed, 1 bath. Even if I wanted to relocate, I cannot afford to. Why is it so terrible for me wanting to be safe or stay in my own home?
She became upset when I told her I needed a new mattress – the years of excruciating back pain, weekly chiropractor appts, I could barely move. In fear I was becoming crippled, I bought so many contractions to help back pain then bought a walker, shower bench, with plans of having a handrail installed on my 2 front steps. But the topic of the mattress set her off – demanding I NOT get a new mattress, not wanting anything more brought into my house! She said my current mattress merely needed to be turned over. It had been turned around and turned over in the past – it was almost 50 yrs old and should have been replaced long ago (but I did not think until then, it could be the cause behind such horrific back pain and agony.) Reminding me over and over NOT to replace the mattress, she would not listen to me – this one cannot be flipped over again anyway due to what took place here – walls cut back so far, there is no room! (King size mattress.) Moving furniture would not be enough, this mattress would have to be dragged down the hallway and out the back door, then back in – why go through all of this when clearly, I needed a new mattress anyway, which a furniture company would take care of? And why had this become such an issue for HER?!? I bought a mattress topper (which she did NOT approve of) – then a thicker one which sure enough, ended my pain and chiropractor appts. New mattress remains on my bucket list.
Each time I brought up what took place here, she told me I was crazy and imagining all of it. When she saw me locking my door while walking the dog, she called me paranoid. When I brought up the murders of my family and others, more discrediting and name calling then telling me to “get over it because there was nothing I could do about it.” She then told me I better stop spending my money because I was going to need it. She had me walking on eggshells around her – and yet I continued this so-called “friendship!”
When I told her how hard I was trying to pay off the mortgage of my home (mortgaged in an attempt to pay for the ongoing damages to my family’s properties next door prior to them being taken by fraud) she sneered, “You don’t own that house, you are only renting it.”
20+ yrs ago she prepared a Homestead for my house – when I asked if she would do the same once I paid it off, she would not answer – then finally said she had to research because it was “too complicated.” (It is very simple, I even called a couple attys who advised me to do it myself, including the link where I could download the form for free!)
In addition to always being so nasty, rude and bitter, she scared me at times. I blamed it on her EXTREMELY rough, difficult and abusive upbringing which continued throughout her adulthood – telling myself she was a nice person behind that nasty, crusty exterior.
Wrong again – clearly this woman was nasty, vicious and evil – conniving as hell – linked to the previous accomplices behind the horrors and (WORSE DONE TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS) as they intended and succeeded in taking the all our properties by fraud – this one was out to take the last one (my home.) Whatever method she had planned – I made sure to put every cent toward the mortgage and got it paid back off. (Not that this can stop this mob – all 3 properties were paid off and fully insured behind what/how they succeeded in seizing the 2 next door (with attempts on this one – heinous/ruthless methods.)
Even when I used to bring up Bill’s name (my “friend” of 20 yrs), the paralegal became incensed! She absolutely despised him and went on and on how he was just using me. For months I told her she was wrong – I was not allowed to have friends who were not involved or recruited, I assured her that he was different. (As I tried to convince myself that she was too?) That only made her madder – it reached the point I was not to bring up his name since it upset her so much. But I did. And one day she lashed out that he was only out to take my home! Arguing only made it worse. After all, how could she possibly even know Bill – he lives in CO! Strangely, however, I had been increasingly suspicious of Bill – even asking him if he was involved in this nightmare, which of course he denied. But something was very different, he had changed, being very evasive while acting/sounding like so many of the other participants. Then one day, after telling Bill about the paralegal, his reaction left me with chills – and no doubt he was indeed involved. What a fool I had been. And once he knew I knew – our many years of daily phone calls and emails ended.
Also odd is that around this time, the paralegal not only got all her bills caught up (telling me she had money stashed that no one knew about) while making home improvements but acquired a “new” vehicle – Bill also came into money and bought himself a truck and was doling out thousand$ to his 2 sons and various charities. Same as countless other participants – they are very nicely rewarded with vehicles, money, even property illegally taken from their victims. Then came the flashbacks – not only when Bill was first released (another story) how he panicked that his phone was being tracked and tapped. During this last year he repeatedly told me he needed to get rid of his phone – he needed a new one. Why, if there was nothing wrong with this one? He would not say anything other than it had to do with the information on his phone. So I kept telling him to buy a new phone and have the SIM card swapped. It was obviously not the answer he was looking for – he wanted to permanently eliminate his trail, contacts, etc.
Meanwhile, the paralegal was asking me how she could transfer money to someone without leaving any record of it. Never questioning why, I looked online and gave a couple of suggestions such as gift cards but she needed something quicker. Cash App?
She then shocked me by telling me that the former tenant (Dianna’s Dancing) in the adjacent property (to Arte at the time the paralegal was the Property Manager for Arte …. ) had nothing to do with what took place there i.e., the horrific damages, destruction, reconstruction, telling me Dianna was an “innocent victim.” WTF?!? Dianna had the structure gutted and rebuilt without permits/inspections and much, much more, costing ten$ and ten$ of thousand$. In the process, central heating/air ducts were destroyed/discarded; I did not realize this when another accomplice (Swieso’s “retired air conditioning expert”) said the 2 units needed to be replaced. He pocketed the $10,000 he charged – then he had the original units replaced with broken trash! (Same as he did to me, my home next door.) The property line was moved (as done throughout); utility pole moved – when I saw all the lines/cables on the ground, the “air conditioner expert” told me they fell and tried to swindle me of $2,000 to re-connect! When I said I would call PG&E, Dianna had one of her students (contractor) reconnect the lines/cables (no authorization, permits/inspections.) This is during the time that property was tied into my PG&E, resulting in my bill costing an additional $800+ for that month! Why would the paralegal even tell me Dianna knew nothing and was an “innocent victim” after the paralegal had already told me none of this happened, I was “crazy” and “imagined it!” Dianna moved her business a couple of blocks from the paralegal [where another one nearby said he was taking over the property he was renting after the owner died] – did not realize they were all friends, intertwining with others throughout all of this. Ongoing annihilations/illegal takeovers.
Out of the blue one day, the paralegal told me she had been researching my family’s history – something she claimed to be very good at, researching documents – even working “under the table” for a nearby attorney, down the street from her. She boasted of obtaining information from the Recorder’s Office but also claiming to excel in looking up information on the internet genealogy sites. Not only did she refuse to tell me why she was interested/obsessed in MY family – she refused to let me see or read any of what she was coming up with! My family was well-known back in the day, filing cabinets filled with photos, news article, etc. All of it stolen in order to cover up the decades of what had been taking place throughout the entire city, and of course here. So this meant a lot to me, I begged and begged her to let me see what she uncovered – as an incentive I paid her $100 in advance to dig up MORE (which she did not do.) She would come over and give commentaries on what she read – said she was very impressed and admired my family. But she was twisting facts and names and when I tried to correct her, she ignored me and continued – I asked her to STOP! I could not stand listening to this crap – unless she was going to let me see what she found, then do NOT bring it up! But she continued ….. wanting to know where my deceased family’s remains were, even asking to accompany me when I took flowers to them. IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER – SHE HAD A REASON FOR THIS REQUEST!
Still upset over the genealogy issue, I told the paralegal I would hire someone else when I could afford it – we both knew that would not happen. (I was left destitute after what was done to my family and our properties – struggling to make ends meet with so much of my income going toward ongoing repairs caused by this mob.) So I asked her what genealogy site she used so I could research for myself – she would not tell me. I remembered years earlier, she used to mention using the Morman genealogy site, which she claimed was the very best (she is Morman) – she not only denied it, she referred me to another site – “Ancestral Quest” where I paid for membership. After investing several hours trying to find any of the articles/information the paralegal described, I contacted the administrator who said it was impossible to obtain from that website. The paralegal lied to me. Then the paralegal said she would transfer everything to a thumb drive and I could open it on my end – another lie.
Not long afterwards, after being misled re: the genealogy website, etc. I accidentally came across a document the paralegal sent to me long ago, from the Morman genealogy website, “Family Search.” After enrolling in a trial membership, the first thing I searched was my father’s name. OMG! This was behind her researching my family’s records/history!!!! She had stolen my identity, created an account, and wrote a segment about my family, including these properties (her last edit was made on 03/23.) She carried on about the business my grandmother created/ran on the properties, she talked on my grandfather, as well as my father’s long-time business here. She then claimed that I (only ME) STILL OWNED THE PROPERTIES! As Arte had done to me via the corrupt newspaper journalist, which caused so much hell, which I continue “living” to this day.
How could the paralegal state such things/lies – she knew that these properties had undergone horrific and major damages/reconstruction without permits/inspections – then taken by fraud by fraud by this mob as the process continued [including horrific damages to MY home next door which they also intended to take] – the paralegal was setting me up! As if the initial horrors done to me were not enough due to such a lie by Arte – the paralegal was clearly out to finish me off.) Same lie and technique as Arte …. surrounding the biggest lie of all by so much truth makes the lie appear true. Included in her article, she made sure to include where my family’s remains are – the one thing NOT included in ANY article she uncovered – making it appear that only I (who she claimed to be) could have written it. I reported her and filed a complaint. If nothing else, the administrator helped me delete what had been written.
Knowing she had been caught, rather than emailing as we had been doing since reconnecting, the paralegal panicked and sent a letter to me – stating that in only 1 day, she not only lost her internet connection/service (due to no fault of her own) which she never intended on restoring, she also lost her cell phone which she would never replace. Is she that desperate not to have her records uncovered/exposed? (Maybe she will get another phone using the name of her deceased late partner – the one she poses as being on Facebook. Said she uses his name to “protect herself.”) She went on state she fell and ended up in the hospital where she was misdiagnosed with Alzheimers! (Yet she continues driving and running her household, renting rooms out, working “under the table” for an attorney who has an office a few blocks away from her, while planning to become a Property Manager of someone’s home?) If this is not enough ….. she goes on to state why she used my name and posted the info mentioned above …… she must have mixed up her own family with mine! Seriously? (Where she even listed the name of my sister, who she stated was a dentist?!? The paralegal misread the census records she also posted – my sister was still in grammar school at that time. The census stated “daughter” not “dentist.” What this woman wrote was no mix-up of her own family or anyone else’s family, she knew exactly what she was doing, all of it sneaky and underhanded.
And what about that ‘new’ vehicle that suddenly appears to have vanished. The one she was so ecstatic and proud to have. No doubt because it would be too easy to verify whether or not it was “given” to her by her brother’s deceased care provider as she claimed – seriously? I did not believe her story (more to this upon request) but said nothing. After she knew I had finally caught on to her and her motives, what happened to the vehicle – where is it now?
Over the years I have repeatedly posted that this mob is not done, as well as what has continued being done here (properties, me, belongings.) With several attempts on my life already – was this woman planning the next ID theft/illegal takeover of my home/this final property? Or was/is my house the one she told me her new friend was helping to get her set up as Property Manager for? One day she would tell me the house was her neighbor, then she said it was a house down the street, one lie after another before saying she would tell me later.
This is not an isolated event. The City of Fresno and their accomplices are behind decades of annihilations / illegal takeovers which I have proven time and again! Including my family! Many of them rotate from property to property as victims are annihilated. Some befriend the person/family they have targeted; some marry them – they are the last to be suspected. Trails of dead and/or “missing” victims, verified forgeries, as properties and assets seized by fraud. The participants are very well compensated for their roles. The City of Fresno not only has records prohibits reports/evidence behind these atrocities altered – they commit (verified) forgery to deny any of it took place – while issuing threats for exposing them or the TRUTH!
Next chapter: Who is Bill? Imagine if his case worker looked into his phone records and discovered his alleged (my suspected) involvement to this woman and others here in Fresno. They have his phone records – would be interesting, eh? (Would also be interesting to dig up his past email accounts (prior to his incarceration.) Unless emails can be permanently deleted, there is no doubt in my mind that here lies another avenue to expose the horrific crimes taking place here in Fresno, CA – where our officials conspire in having families/businesses destroyed, trails of dead and/or “missing” victims, information re: murders covered up, and threats for exposing what they are running behind closed doors. An operation entailing corrupt attorneys, corrupt estate planners, corrupt realtors, much more, behind decades of annihilations/illegal takeovers of properties/assets – and worse. Despite solid evidence, all report/evidence kicked aside. That includes their accomplices who are “planted” and rotate as this continues – very well rewarded.
Told I “may have made it further than the others, but won’t make it out alive.” Several attempts on my life throughout all of this. I am kept closely monitored, computers hacked/networked with reports sabotaged, blocked from reaching various agencies (previously networked to my former boss), my phone is tapped (previously connected to the participating neighbor.) My mail is intercepted. Death threats while walking my dog. Ongoing nightmare, I cannot get help.
Bill and I met online 20 yrs ago on MySpace. I had been banned from reporting the atrocities to law enforcement, countless agencies claimed nothing was their job, my ISP had been blocked from contacting others, I stooped as low as to post online. Bill claimed to have seen my posts via our mutual friend (M) – Bill contacted me and said he was very interested and wanted to help me. Bill and M were/are very close friends yet for some reason, M claimed they were not, always wanting me to relay messages to Bill, which seemed ridiculous at the time.
Yes, I am guilty of being vulnerable and gullible. Added to horrific chemicals while being filmed with hidden cameras as “proof” that I am a terrible person, what this mob got by with doing to my family, our properties and me, is beyond inhumane. And it isn’t over – they are still after this final property with rewards for their participation.
In fear for my life, I am posting this now – before further attempts are made to eliminate/silence me. These people do NOT want to be caught. My computer remains hacked/networked with much of my postings / evidence altered or deleted so I never know how long my postings will remain.
