She has endured 15 yrs without closure so far (Fresno, CA)

She would not remember me.  It was in late 1993 when I saw her shopping with her father one day; the store was located off of Blackstone past Herndon.  She had blonde hair like her dad’s – she was happy as she swung a bag of clothes they just purchased.

Shortly after that (1994), with no warning or clue, her father was shot/killed as he stepped outside his home one morning.  He had no enemies – he was a good, hard-working, well-liked man.  Neighbors said they saw nothing.  No clues; no motive; no robbery.  Naturally, the family was devastated – rewards for information were offered.  Still, no clues.  

His name was William Wyatt Polzin, he was 47 yrs old.  He was loved and needed.     

I lived across the street from Bill.  Prior to his murder, I recall Bill’s next-door-neighbors carrying out major alterations to the property they were renting.  Tall plants (palms) covered the side of their yard, which prevented most people from seeing what was taking place. Immediately after Bill’s murder, not only was the brick fence that separated these 2 properties removed, major construction began on Bill’s house.  Large pipes had been installed down the new property line.  The side walk was torn up, where these pipes were laid, leading beneath the tree planter on Olive Ave. where the tie-ins to the main line were made.  At the time it never occurred to me that this was all being done in secret ~ unauthorized ~ without permits or inspections ~ absolutely no record of any of this taking place!      

Why would Bill’s next-door-neighbors claim no knowledge of any of this taking place.  Why would they deny the major reconstruction to Bill’s home as well as theirs.  Why would they lie about the street widening, altering of property lines, relocation of the fire hydrant, storm drain, street lights, utility poles, etc. The same reason they lied when it was done to my family’s 3 properties across the street where suspected homicide took place in order to carry this out.  Just like Bill’s property, there was no record of anything.  Instead, parcel maps were altered to make it appear that nothing took place.  And then it was done to my next-door-neighbor’s property.  As done to me, he was also  lied to and set up by the City of Fresno’s risk analyst for what was coming.  More suspected homicide, followed by reconstruction without permits or inspections, followed by altered parcel maps and what appears to be another forged deed to the property.  There is a trail of this.  With the City of Fresno using altered records and “planted” neighbors as “evidence” that none of this took place.  (Their own sewer layout verifies EXACTLY what was done.)

 

The attorney for Bill’s estate was David A. Silva; same attorney who conspired with the ringleader behind all of this, in the preparation of fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties.  He was also the attorney for the mother of another deceased man across the street.  Upon reporting Mr. Silva, he secretly closed his office, never to be seen again.  Since disbarred.

Bill’s mother died 3 yrs ago, never knowing why her son was taken from her.  The auction people for her estate are linked to the neighbors who claimed that none of the above alterations took place.  One claims to be a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, boasting of robbing and killing.  This was near the time he carried out his specialty on my house (the last remaining property) and left me with a medical book, which he said I would soon be needing.  All of these people intertwine and are linked to the ringleader – former employee of the City of Fresno / head of the City’s fake work crew.  Never expecting me to get away before he finished me off, he told me this is the continuation of Bonadelle’s “secret water operation” which he has personally invested 50 yrs.  He even took me for a tour, showing me where the water was going to be diverted for upcoming development.  Laughing at how gullible people of Fresno are to believe anything they are told; further saying that no one would ever figure out how water laws and regulations were bypassed. 

The facts surrounding Bill’s death are not allowed, wanted or tolerated by the City or County of Fresno, CA.  No doubt they fear that it would result in exposing their secret operation, which has entailed turning the entire city inside out to completely replace overhead and underground utilities, but neither do they appear willing to compromise.  Their anger that I survived their barbaric operation and connected the dots resulted in lies, threats, Restraining Order followed by death threats and ongoing horrors.  They and/or their group are not done with me; it is not over until a new deed with revised measurements has been recorded to cover up what they are doing.  Therefore, the horrors have never ended – they will never end until I have been eliminated and join the others “in another world.”  So I am leaving this information here for Bill’s daughter with my deepest sympathy.  I know the hell of being forced to live without closure after such a tragedy.   Bill was a wonderful man.  His love and pride for his daughter was shining bright when I saw them that day back in 1993. May God bless her always.

 

My home to be burned down next? (Fresno, CA)

Look below – look what has been done to me.  My family.  Our properties.  My life.  My home.  My pets.  My belongings.  My vehicles.

What I am describing is a nightmare linked to the “citywide upgrade!”  NOT a one-time event.  This is what is taking place behind the public’s back, courtesy of Public Works and a fake work crew comprised of self-proclaimed murderers, “people watchers”, and more. 

This is one of the most heinous and barbaric operations in history.  Total annihilation of various residents in order to vacate property to secretly replace the water system.    

Seeking help from Mayor Alan Autry resulted in him having the very people who lied and set my family and me up, issue a Restraining Order against me.   The horrors and  suspected homicide of my family members, neighbors and friends were/are insignificant.  Mayor Autry was “tired” of receiving my reports.  Death threats followed the Restraining Order.  The horrors have never ended – plans for total annihilation continue.

As properties were being deluged in raw sewage, the city risk analyst blatantly lied about the cause.  Her reaction to the illnesses, infections, respiratory, cellulitis, amputation, death = “Not my problem” as it continued.  Sewer and water lines were being replaced in the alley!  Rather than simply be honest so we could have a chance to protect ourselves, belongings and properties, the lies continued.  As I was kept poisoned, sick and in some cases incapacitated, my family’s properties as well as my home were being gutted, stripped, robbed, and haphazardly patched back together with trash.  We lost our 2 income properties as a result of this nightmare.  One neighbor left dead; one neighbor never seen after the risk analyst lied and set him up – new owner to my neighbor’s property lives next door to WGS’s partner, JCW.  This is also JCW’s “secret sideline” – take a look at his trail.  Click here:  http://tinyurl.com/5gef2a

The risk analyst conspired in setting me up so I could not file an insurance claim for ANY of this.  That is what has allowed this to continue – until there is nothing left of my home.  Left unemployed, stripped of a means of survival, in fear for my life as death threats continue.  At this point, I cannot even rent out my house so I can move into the garage/apt. 

No help; no restitution; no justice for what was done to my family members; unable to file reports or even an insurance claim for theft, vandalism, death threats.  There are no consequences for anyone other than ME!   My family nor I were safe in our own homes.

Gas and water lines on my property were cross-connected and linked to the properties next door.  Naturally, Kerry Trost (senior risk analyst) called me a “liar” about that as well as everything else that was done – leaving me no way out of this.  Whatever is being planned next, I will not be able to file a claim.  Should the properties go down in flames or a flood from the corroded water lines that are now in place, all evidence of what took place will be covered up.  This group will end up with the final piece of property, new deed will reflect illegally altered property lines.  There is no way out of this- as JCW told me some time ago, I will be meeting the others, “IN ANOTHER WORLD.” 

Time and again I reported how my siblings were used and manipulated into the “rotation pattern,” which is how this works.  Example:  Take another look at JCW’s trail (link above.)  He told me about Lora turning into a psychotic nightmare (as I became while poisoned) resulting in her siblings severing ties (as mine did.)  He then told me that Lora gave HIM their deceased mother’s belongings, which further angered the siblings.  Psssst ….. how could Lora have done that if she had already been severed.  Lora did not “give” him anything.  Her name was already being FORGED!  JCW also told me he wanted to own Lora’s sister’s property – now take another look at Lora’s sister’s signatures.  My siblings are headed down the same path.  Mayor Autry’s annihilation of me is only the first step – no one went to all this trouble for my siblings.

Property lines altered; utility poles altered/relocated/illegally re-connected (I have names.)  Sewer and water lines replaced with rotted, corroded trash lines.  House contaminated with mold; even coming from faucets.  Nasty, foul-smelling water.  Central heat/air torn out replaced with trash/asbestos; ducts torn out resulting in dirt, mold, asbestos pouring in through vents.  Illness, cellulitis, respiratory from raw sewage.  VIN altering; all belongings stolen/replaced with trash.  Switching of doors/windows, rain gutters, fireplace flue, toilets, faucets, flooring, even plants/bushes! 

 Surely you can see how badly they need all of this covered up in order to continue calling me a “liar.”  There is evidence to show that victims/witnesses are NOT left behind (especially one who GOT AWAY BEFORE THIS GROUP FINISHED WHAT THEY BEGAN!)  ID theft does not change the truth – isn’t my neighbor, Perez, an example of that?  (2 x?)  Not only can WGS be linked to the Perez property as far back as the first “non-matching” signature, his associate, JCW, told me HE would be taking the Perez property over as well as my family’s properties – coincidence that the new owner lives next door to JCW?  Coincidence that the signature on the last Perez deed looks like the one I saw WGS forge on an insurance application?  (Same misspelling.)

Below is a copy of an article dated February 1, 2007 describing Fresno.  The evidence of what the author of this article is stating is all here, yet to date, no one has yet to figure it out.  What is behind all of this?  45+ yrs of secret altering of the city water system; the entire city has been turned inside out and haphazardly patched back together.  Now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines.  Hence, no older records of Fresno, CA.

By every conceivable measure, Fresno, CA is a royal craphole.

It’s a sprawling mess of a place—for decades, urban planning has been not just ignored, but actively and viciously opposed. The results: Rows of identical tract homes stretch on for miles and miles, seemingly without end, and “open spaces” are considered eyesores that simply haven’t yet been developed.

Creative young entrepreneurs occasionally decide they’re going to revitalize downtown, but economic capital keeps leaving in droves, tracing the white flight path trod by Fresno’s doughy, SUV-driving residents to the furthest reaches of suburbia.

And perhaps illustrative of the entire city’s mediocrity, the mayor is a former c-list actor—that guy who played Bubba on In the Heat of the Night. But if you ask most people, the real mayors of the city are the handful of land developers who have transformed the city’s landscape, and who’ve managed to convince the city government to keep zoning laws laughably lax.

In virtually no way would Portland voters or politicians choose to adopt policies or practices from Fresno—it represents, both figuratively and literally, the polar opposite of the values Portland holds dear. And yet, this May, Portlanders will have the chance to vote on changing the city’s form of government to something that resembles Fresno pretty goddamn closely.

Since the mid-’90s, Fresno has had a “strong mayor” form of government not terribly dissimilar from the one Mayor Tom Potter and the Charter Review Commission are pushing. Henry T. Perea, the City of Fresno’s Council President and one of the youngest, most progressive city councilors in Fresno’s history, thinks it’s a terrible idea.

“The strong mayor form can be very frustrating,” he said at a café a few blocks from Fresno city hall. “Because we’re elected by districts, we have constituents we have to respond to, but if we’re not in the good graces of the mayor or the department heads, we’re out of luck. If the mayor decides that a councilor’s concern is not going to get filled, it’s not going to get filled.”

For Perea, the worst part of Portland’s possible future government is that the mayor would still have a vote on city council.

“No way,” he said. “I’d never support that here. The mayor would be in charge of all bureaus, and have a fifth of the vote in policies? That puts way too much power in one person.”

When a Fresnan makes more sense than the Portland mayor, something has gone horribly awry.

Title Company Fraud / Corruption – Fresno, CA

With no permits or inspections on record for the altering / re-construction taking place throughout Fresno, CA as the city water system is being secretly altered, in addition to disclosure laws being disregarded, patched, damaged and re-built structures continue being sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers.  This is where the altered plat/parcel maps are taking place.  New deeds cover up the illegal altering/re-construction as well as changes to property lines.  Any questions or requests for early parcel information results in being told that the information is “no longer available.”  Hence, no older records of Fresno.  

 

The image below is merely an example of what has been taking place over the past 50+/- yrs – removal of various structures with others shifted down in a “ripple effect.”  Blocks are smaller as a result of the street widening.  This is just to give an idea – not to scale.

 

This of course, also explains the clamped sewer and water lines on all parcels, which the City of Fresno holds property owners liable to maintain.  Carried out by the City’s fake work crew, which is how the City avoids being held responsible for the massive health, building, environmental and safety code violations as all of this is done without permits, inspections or safety precautions. 

Below is an actual copy of an unaltered sewer layout.  Olive Ave., Tower Dist.  Despite witnesses and old photographs, the City of Fresno has the audacity to deny that this street was widened.  Because it entailed massive damages / reconstruction.  By using a fake work crew, followed by altered pacel maps and aerial views, the City denies all knowledge and/or responsibility for the damages, code violations, health crises, and even death.  Reports are refused.

Beware.  When buying property in Fresno, you should know about the dangers of these clamped lines.  Public Works and their fake work crew taught me the technique of loosening them before covering them with new cement, at the same time conspiring in cancellation of property insurance.  Once the mold takes over, you can lose everything.   Tenants conspire in such acts to file mold lawsuits, insurance claims and from what I understand, sometimes end up owning the property.  Sadly, all of this is linked to the water diversion operation.

Forgeries and illegally altered legal documents are knowingly being recorded – fraudulent financing information as well.  With so much fraud and corruption taking place, buying real estate in Fresno can be extremely dangerous and in some cases, worse.  Be very careful.  If possible, do the property background research yourself – verify all signatures and make sure the Trusts are legitimate.  Yes, these are things that title companies are paid to do, however, that is not always the way things are being done here in Fresno.
