Fresno, CA - Behind “secret” altering of the city water system, various residents are being annihilated.  Trail of ID theft, forgeries of people never seen again, suspected homicide.  Reports are prohibited and/or disregarded – the crimes are being covered up.    

• As the City of Fresno was paying their risk analyst to lie to various property owners regarding the cause behind repeated sewage back spills, attorney conspired with corrupt estate planner in preparation of fraudulent legal documents.  Reporting the attorney resulted in being told it was an “accident – no harm done.”  My family and I lost our properties, suspected homicide, attempted murder, burglaries, much more.  One neighbor never seen again, followed by forged deed.  One neighbor left dead after repeated exposure of raw sewage.  One neighbor shot/killed when this was done to his property.  Fast forward:  Near the time of the “secret” sewer/water line operation being exposed, this attorney absconded with his clients’ money and files, never to be seen again.  Cases dropped – destruction of more lives.
• Corrupt estate planner was reported for forgeries, altering legal documents – his motto:  “You can’t live for the dead.”  Forcing people off property, conspiring with property insurance agent/s in cancellation of coverage as “planted tenants” destroy.  Overheard setting person up for foreclosure, laughing “Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy.”  He then stepped in and paid cash.  Reports disregarded. 
• Owner of nearby resort – verified forgeries of person/s never seen again.  This is the person who informed me he would be taking my family’s properties over, as I was scheduled to meet the ”others”, including his former wife “in another world.”  His former wife has not been seen in years; her signatures were verified by a handwriting expert as being forged.  This man, despite pages upon pages of liens against him, went from rags to riches, by forgery.  Reports disregarded – he awaits you at his resort.
• City of Fresno risk analyst also caught lying about countless photos taken prior to theft and major (unauthorized) construction during replacement of sewer/water lines behind private/city property.  Raw sewage / unknown chemicals for mosquito infestations leaving trail of illness, infections, amputation, death.  Upon uncovering verification of felony alterations as well as altering of plat/parcel maps to cover this up, senior risk analyst stepped in to file Restraining Order – committing perjury to discredit me as well as the city’s own records, which verify exactly what was done.  They set us up for annihilation. 
• Self-proclaimed member of the Aryan Brotherhood, boasting about murdering and burglarizing, indicated his daughter, a local FBI agent, is behind high-tech monitoring that allows for this operation to be carried out.  (Possible chip implanting without victim’s knowledge.)  He even offered to kill anyone I wanted him to.  Others among his group boast of ”giving” and “selling” babies and small children of their victims; child sex and dismemberment of the older ones. 
• Despite various witnesses to utility pole relocation, PG&E has no record of it.  I personally saw the group reconnecting the wires/cables on the relocated pole next to my property – they demanded I not contact PG&E.  That resulted in an additional $900+/- to my bill that month.  Poles are being altered/switched to line back up to the illegally altered structures throughout town.  Again, altering records (and transferring the numbers on the poles) leaves the office personnel oblivious – no different than the City of Fresno, they support altered records. 
• People linked to the rewiring and cables from the relocated/altered utility poles boast of being “people watchers.”  Beyond tapped phones and hacked computers, there appears to be extreme violation of privacy taking place throughout Fresno, CA.  Not only do these people know where valuables are kept, schedules of their victims, color of underwear – they have a trail of ID theft, forged deeds, forged insurance applications, altered legal papers, illegal conversion of assets, verified VIN altering, “missing” persons, more. 
• Homes are being entered behind owner’s/occupant’s backs - switching belongings, even flooring, which is quickly re-covered.  This technique not only seems to accompany the estate planner’s routine behind offers to elderly clients of “help with home repairs” – which inevitably result in sewage back spills and in most cases someone being hospitalized, which leaves no one home during the days. 

This operation is massive – the above items represent only a small portion of the horrors being allowed to continue.  Reporting this turned out to be the biggest crime of all.  The City of Fresno, an agency that the public should be able to trust, is not only setting people up for annihilation, they retaliate when caught i.e., Restraining Order followed by death threats. 

All of the above is behind secret altering of the city sewer/water system.  According to the ringleader, our water is going to be diverted for development ELSEWHERE.  By using a fake work crew to carry out the alterations on private property followed by altered records to cover up the evidence, the city avoids taking responsibility for the crimes, code violations, medical crises, etc.  As more people see how easy it is to annihilate and take what others work lifetimes for, the nightmare continues to escalate.  It has been made clear that there are no repercussions.     

Fresno’s utility rates were recently increased, with assurances of State and Federal guidelines being in compliance – how is that possible with our sewer, water and power infrastructures taken over by a group not authorized or licensed to be carrying out such alterations?!?  Surely this has greatly diminished our chances for surviving the medium to large-size earthquake expected to take place in the near further.  Instead of answers – doors are slammed.

Learn the truth about the real estate in Fresno, CA.  In order to alter the water system, streets have been widened so much that every block has been made smaller.  In order to accomplish this, at least 2 structures have been removed from every block, as others shifted in a “ripple effect.”  Sewer and water lines are haphazardly clamped together; structures rebuilt (“renovated”) without permits or inspections; property lines altered.  With plat/parcel maps altered; aerial views altered; old directories altered to make it appear that things have always been this way, structures continue being sold as “original.”  Massive building, environmental, safety and health code violations disregarded.  Sewage pollution is deadly; is it any wonder that the 2 major health crisis in Fresno is asthma and heart disease?  Or the escalation in staph / mrsa, which breeds in raw sewage and is airborne as well as waterborne.  This is what turned the city into the shambles it is; this is why there are no older records of Fresno.  See below (top image is example only – not to scale):

 

  

 

 

What does the future hold for a city that is left in a shambles, setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines, run by people whose only concern is to keep this covered up. Are we being set up for a major catastrophe as the father of the FBI agent indicated?   The pillaging is pretty well complete.  With all the financial and real estate fraud behind this – imagine who the insurance claims and disaster relief would/will benefit.  One thing remains clear – the lives, safety and welfare of residents is insignificant.
