“What Are They Doing To the House Next Door?” SERIOUSLY?!?

Three weeks ago my neighbor, 2 houses north of me, asked if I knew what the ongoing repair work was about in the house between us. “It seems that every time someone moves in there, they tear the place apart” she said. Carrying on about people not giving a *hit about other people’s property.

EXCUSE ME. WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO / IN THAT HOUSE? THE SAME THING DONE TO MY HOUSE – THE SAME THING DONE TO HER HOUSE – THE SAME THING DONE TO THE HOUSE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF HER (WHERE HER BROTHER ONCE LIVED) AND DOWN THE BLOCK, AROUND THE CORNER TO HER DAD’S HOUSE. WATER SCAM!!

Regardless of the witnesses that have stepped forward to verify what has been done to these properties, not to mention the unaltered City records, unaltered aerial views, unaltered photos – this woman continues to insist she doesn’t know anything – never saw anything. Exactly as she was recruited / rewarded to do.

Some time back, when informed that the sewage spills coincided with her husband’s feet/leg amputations – she merely said he had a corn on his toe while continuing to insist nothing took place on any of these properties. (She could not stand him anyway – divorced him and slammed the door.) What about her sister, who lived in the house next door to her – the house she is now asking ME about – as though she does not understand the ongoing repair work, jackhammering, walls cut back, new sheet rock, etc. Her sister was involved in having the underground lines from that house tied into my house when she and her family lived there, including the cross-connected gas lines for the upcoming fire being planned. THE EVIDENCE IS BEING RECTIFIED! TYING INTO WHAT WAS DONE TO ROUND #4 AT MY HOUSE LAST YEAR!

Meanwhile, let’s back up to when the sewage was being discharged as this continued – coincidence this is when her sister’s husband contracted hepatitis? Then he had his foot amputated. Upon returning home from the hospital he endured staph and died. Keep in mind it was also during these sewage spills that Rolf became so ill, contracting infections (also linked to deadly, disease-carrying pathogens in sewage), his health also worsened each time he returned from the hospital, enduring more of the deadly sewage pathogens from ongoing sewage spills, prior to his death. I endured respiratory, infections, cellulities of both feet (lucky they were not amputated as the neighbors’ feet were.) More deaths across the street as this was taking place. Follow the trail – pattern to this – same group at the core, as properties / assets seized. Dead victims, pawns and participants do not expose this.

After all of this, the neighbor 2 doors down is asking ME about all the renovations to her sister’s previous home (next door to both of us) – still claiming nothing took place on these properties let alone aware of the evidence behind the horrific illnesses, infections, amputations, deaths.

The next round of occupants in her sister’s former house was comprised of their nephew and his group (registered members of 2 gangs) as the horrors continued taking place on my property. I spent so many days sick in bed (ongoing incapacitation / catheterizing during major reconstruction), being locked out of my basement and garage apt. as this mob was tearing up the house, fence (property line moved again), and tying into both my hot water tanks, etc. Locks were repeatedly switched (as done to my father as this was being done to him / his properties next door.) Reports and pleas for help were refused as the horrors continued. Finally, one of them was arrested / taken for jail for murder – the remainder of them relocated shortly after. Then came the next round of occupants to continue where the previous ones left off.

It has been an ongoing rotation of participants in this house – rewarded for their roles. It was when the evidence behind the amputations, murders as well as preparations for a massive fire (entailing gas lines on several properties cross-connected) were exposed, the ensuing rounds of reconstruction ensued as the lines were being rectified – public records and aerial views altered to match, as though nothing ever took place. (The original records / photos verify the truth.)

So as the reconstruction / cover-up of evidence continues, I am asked what is going on – as though she has no idea?!? Get real.

Why do these people – including my own siblings – continue to lie, deny and help cover up evidence behind the atrocities that accompany the water scam? Even after the evidence is presented, why do they continue to deny these structures being rebuilt on top of the revised underground infrastructures, property lines changed, streets widened etc? Because they were / are financially compensated for their roles. Imagine how empowering it is to annihilate, rob, rape, steal property and more – with officials prohibiting reports.

Greed overrides common sense in many people. They were all kept too pre-occupied with having me annihilated while seizing the assets to realize how they had been used and set up as well. The sewage on these neighbors’ properties was being discharged when they were NOT HOME! Risk analyst Rose Miranda, who had been lying about the cause of sewage spills on our properties, refused to warn them. When I told her there would be more death, she said “Not my problem.” Then told me I would be held responsible since it began on my property (after paying for the damages she claimed was THE CITY OF FRESNO’S FAULT / RESPONSIBILITY!) JCW told me in advance EXACTLY how the husband next door was going to die – said he had a list of others – mission accomplished. No doubt he had a list of others. Discharging deadly sewage behind victims’ backs = pre-meditated murder. Follow the trail and see for yourself, the lootings and illegal takeovers, exactly as done to my family. And like so many other participants, my neighbors served their purposes and were no longer needed – they were rotated out – properties seized – new participants rotated in.

The remaining participants such as this woman 2 doors down still claims none of this took place. As though I made it all up. Because she and the other puppets do not believe their “friends” would harm let alone kill them, especially after all they have been through together. That is how it works – trusting the people who betray, putty in their hands.

Coincidence? This neighbor and her sister were co-workers with Swieso’s wife at IRS – other participants as well.

Insurance agent / estate planner / financial consultant / realtor. Former employee for the City of Fresno (1950s-60s.)

Another coincidence that this neighbor’s sister was one of my school mates? Linked to the very people I have stated were behind chemicals (and worse) that far back – including earlier looting, victimizing of my family behind the earlier looting and altering of our properties in preparation for what was coming! Shocking and horrific facts remain buried.

Layer upon layer of participants covering up what the previous participants got by with – those at the core remain *invisible.* Rather than continuing to discredit me because these people (being hailed as honest and credible) are claiming none of this is true – their trails speak for themselves.

“Rotation system” = recruit, use, discard. That way those at the core are never found out. My siblings NOR these neighbors are aware of the countless others who stepped into the same trap let alone how all these deaths benefit their leaders including self-proclaimed mastermind Wilbert Swieso behind 60 yrs of this, who often laughed – “No one will ever figure it out.”

As I have repeatedly said – an organized murder operation accompanies the water scam. Lootings, destruction / reconstruction, property theft and more. The truth behind Rolf’s death (murder) would expose decades of this. Including involvement of corrupt officials, alarm companies, attorneys, insurance agents, estate planners, realtors, title companies (altering parcel maps while recording forged / fraudulent documents) and much more.

That is why all reports / evidence were prohibited. Not because I lied, as Mayor Alan Autry had me deemed as the horrors continued, even having me threatened if ever reported or pled for help again.

Not because I deserved what was done to me (behind repeated attempts to kill me) due to the monster I appeared while being poisoned (by those behind the horrors.) This was not a 1-time event – look beyond the smokescreen.

Another coincidence? Wilbert Swieso was an accomplice to the prominent City official who victimized our mother at the same time leaving our father hospitalized due to alleged poisoning back in the early 60s ~ as the initial altering of our properties and attempts to seize them were underway. Providing evidence of this resulted in death threats.

And yet another coincidence? Wilbert Swieso was linked to the Laundromat next door (on the other side) where the decades of fraud and what appears to be more ID theft / takeover by one of Swieso’s accomplices who, after serving his purpose, was also set up by the same risk analyst – never seen again as that property was taken over by what appears to be MORE fraud / ID theft (linked to JCW as well.)

FRESNO, CA – 60 Yrs of Shocking & Horrific Evidence Being Covered-Up

Over the past several years, I have repeatedly described and provided evidence behind 60 yrs of rebuilding on top of the replaced underground infrastructures. Per several of the ringleaders – water diversion project. Using barbaric methods in altering the underground water infrastructures, paying off fake work crews, creating massive building / safety / health code violations. Followed by altered records, aerial views, re-printed old books / directories to make it appear things were always as they are now.

The altering of properties began in the 60s. We were only 1 of countless others targeted, including methods used in order to keep us oblivious as the initial alterations were underway. (Prominent City official was victimizing our mother at the same time leaving our father hospitalized due to alleged poisoning – they wanted us off the properties that long ago.)

I then exposed a criminal networking involving paid off / “planted” neighbors to surround, assist and lie / deny about all the above. I exposed local attorneys, insurance agents / companies, estate planners, Home Health personnel, contractors, realtors, alarm companies, property manager, title companies involved in massive fraud / corruption. From lootings, forged and fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance claims, alleged disappearances, reports of poisonings (including Alzheimer’s victims), talk of a baby-selling operation, illegal takeovers, fake loan papers, title company fraud and more. All the while, I was called “crazy” and “liar” as all reports and evidence were prohibited from being documented.

I exposed citywide major reconstruction without permits / inspections. Methods and evidence behind ensuing mold – as well as accompanying deadly illnesses, lawsuits, fraudulent insurance claims. “Planted” tenants; “planted” buyers who rotate / intertwine.

I exposed the massive ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) violations created during street widening / narrowing of sidewalks as street lights, poles are re-situated leaving little or no room for wheelchairs. A procedure that entailed cutting fronts of property – compensated by extending the backs – entailing narrowing of countless alleys. Alleys so narrow, the garbage dumpsters and trucks could no longer fit. Recycle bins were introduced – set out and picked up curbside.

Some of my friends may recognize this picture from MySpace. Dated 2006. Notice the utility pole. What happened to the short pole that was there? You can see in the picture above this, the pole was replaced with the taller one YEARS LATER. This is more evidence of my computer networked with photos / evidence continually altered to make it appear things were always as they are now. (Feel free to copy this to your hard drive, so you can compare it again should it be altered back to the original photo.)

Below – more altered photos of this area – initially taken in 2006, look how they have been altered to the current layout as though nothing ever took place. Continually done on my hard drive, blogs and Notes as the alterations continue. In this case, the Laundromat underwent more major alterations during the last round of replacing the underground lines to cover up evidence behind all the murders here and surrounding area. Altering evidence to make it appear all of this is original? If anyone looked into this, they would find that the cover-up has magnified everything I have been saying all along. Same method behind decades of fires / deaths / murders and more. (Not to mention the fraud and activities taking place at this Laundromat during the early 80s, tying into what was being done to my parents who owned the properties across the alley. Horrific.)

Upon inquiring why so many storm drains were removed in the area (verified by several residents), instead of an explanation, I was provided with an updated photo / layout, as though nothing changed.

I exposed methods behind utility theft i.e.: Main water shut-off valves removed with water-lines cross-connected into neighbors’ properties. Methods of tying into neighbors’ hot water tanks (electric / gas.) Cross-connected electric lines behind exorbitant bills. Cross connected gas lines for fires / arson. Telephone lines cross-connected into neighbors.

As for decades of fires, deadly shootings, illegal takeovers, and turnover of so many properties to the very people among this nightmare, many of them in the downtown / Tower District area have been (or now being) taken by imminent domain for the high-speed rail project. At a low cost no less. (And end of Proposition 13 recipients.) And yet there are no complaints. Can you figure that out? (Hint: Look in recorded documents. Of course you will have to know the players to recognize the pattern.)

It was not until I provided evidence and methods of accompanying deaths / murders that the City of Fresno reacted in such anger – yelling at me, calling me a “liar”, telling me I “imagined” what they did to my family, our properties and me as this took place let alone citywide.

It was not intended I would still be alive. Many attempts on my life had already been made. Upon providing the initial evidence behind the risk analyst’s (Rose Miranda) lies, I assume she thought I was already dead – after all, she was leaving a trail of dead victims as this went on. She agreed that all of this had taken place but, she explained, there was no record of it nor was the City of Fresno responsible because, “The previous owner had it done.” I went berserk – my family had been destroyed, Rolf left dead, I had been robbed, raped, catheterized as the properties underwent major reconstruction and left a shambles, 2 of the 3 properties taken by fraud, a mortgage on my home (as a result of trying to keep up with Rolf’s escalating medical care and damages to his properties I had no idea the City and their accomplices were behind) at the same time stripped of a means of survival. I demanded an explanation!

None of this was allowed to be documented, least of all evidence behind so many fires, deaths / murders. Using our Justice System for perjury, she recruited Senior risk analyst Kerry Trost to have a Restraining Order against me – once again calling me a “liar” (even denying their own street widening, relocation of street lights, storm drains, etc. that tied into all of this), calling ME a “danger to THEIR lives” and deemed guilty of “harassment” – as evidence was being altered, followed by Mayor Alan Autry having me threatened if I continued reporting or pleading for help!

Upon providing unaltered water layouts, unaltered photographs, and unaltered aerial views, I was yelled at again by risk analyst Kevin Watkins: “This proves nothing!” It proved everything. Including the perjury by the City of Fresno’s risk analysts Rose Miranda and Kerry Trost – backed up by Mayor Alan Autry.

Regardless of the planted participants or the vultures behind so much fraud, lootings and illegal takeovers – these 3 question are for the property owners who were paid off to comply in the revisions- especially those who ended up with dead family member/s:

• How could the above alterations have been carried out without replacement of the underground sewer, water, gas lines.
• Why would the City of Fresno lie about this let alone have it done behind the backs of those who agreed to participate.
• Why would something so dangerous be done without permits / inspections – let alone followed by altered records to cover up the evidence.

Hint: Sewer lines. Using outsiders / fake work crews to replace / relocate them without permits / inspections, tying into into the City’s replaced lines – timed to precision so their victims do not see the discharging of filthy, deadly, disease-carrying sewage, let alone the trail of deadly illnesses, respiratory, infections, amputations, staph, deaths. Not to mention so many pawns and participants also left dead after serving their purposes for those at the core.

Having the alterations carried out is one thing – keep in mind it is not over until the property has been vacated so the title company can alter the final evidence i.e., legal documents and plat maps. There is where the BIG payoffs are. Per the ringleader with 60 yrs invested into this – forging and altering dead victims’ insurance papers and legal documents while boasting, “No one will ever figure it out.”

Do you recall me stating that what took place here is at the core of hell, tying into trails of all the above and much more? This is why all old records of Fresno have been discarded and replaced with the revised records. Revised aerial views. Historic photos discarded, scanned/altered or cropped so the surrounding areas are not shown. Online archives blacked out. Old books / directories reprinted with revised photos.

This not only explains why all reports and evidence were always prohibited – even resulting in more horrors and threats, it also explains the lootings of storage facilities. In the case of my family, generations of photos were stolen. Friends were recruited to comply with their photos. But they still needed to discard the photos in storage. Because unbeknownst to all these folks, far beyond their own participation or what they were programmed to do / believe – the photos verified evidence behind murders not to mention the lootings and time frames of all this and more. And of course altering more photos at the storage facility to match the most recent revisions to private and City properties as though none of this ever took place, would further protect those at the core from ever being found out.

The dead do not expose the atrocities accompanying the water scam. Nor the participants who are unknowingly recruited to participate without knowledge or warnings of the accompanying danger let alone the cause behind the accompanying illnesses, deaths (family, neighbors, etc.) while continuing to thank these people for all the “help”, reconstruction and in many cases, rewards for their participation (vehicles, money, etc.) Never realizing that help was not needed until these people stepped into the picture.

Destruction of so many families in addition to a trail of deaths accompanying the annihilations / takeovers behind CA central valley’s 60-yr water scam, there is a steady stream of vultures circling in preparation for seizing the assets. New participants are recruited and intertwine with those who do this for “a living.” Not wanting to be found out as they unknowingly cover tracks of the previous layer, the newcomers lie and alter evidence which in turn, protects the ringleaders who have been doing this for decades. The more participants who end up dead after serving their purposes, the deeper the truth continues being buried as this continues. BEWARE! Behind Central CA Water Scam / Drought

Our officials are covering up evidence behind 60 yrs of rebuilding the central valley on top of the revised water infrastructures.  Old records replaced with revised records.  “Historic” aerial views altered to match the new layouts as though nothing has changed.  Old books / directories reprinted.  “Old” maps resold on E-Bay (after being revised.)  Photos scanned / altered.  Online photos blackened or removed.

According to self-proclaimed co-mastermind, Wilbert G. Fresno (former employee of the City of Fresno) as well as others, this is a Bonadelle Development / City of Fresno venture.  Water diversion for massive upcoming development i.e., gambling communities, casinos, golf courses, race tracks, and of course the high-speed rail project.  Do a Google search – CA to become the next “Gambling Capital of the Nation!”

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was brought in to approve many new casinos as well as new waterways.  Mayor Alan Autry (aka: Bubba Skinner) was used to prohibit reports of the ruthless, gruesome annihilation / takeovers accompanying this operation at the same time promoting himself as CA’s “water shortage” spokesman.

Clearly, those at the core of this operation did not foresee a REAL water shortage on top of what they have done / continue doing.  Officials in Fresno, CA have stooped to name-calling, perjury, threats and finally, a multi-million dollar cover-up of evidence (including evidence behind accompanying deaths/murders as paths cleared.)  The evidence is still her for anyone who looks beyond the lies and altered records.

The vigilante group in Fresno, CA is using  chemicals on victims – whether to incapacitate or turn them into targets for  rape, burglary, illegal takeover of properties.  In my case, in addition to the  murders of my family members, continuing the chemicals while using hidden  cameras as “proof” they have captured the guilty.  Recording me, splicing,  networking /altering contents on my hard drive then distributing stacks of it –  framing me for crimes I did not commit.  Yet with my behavior while being  poisoned was intertwined with what this group provided as “evidence” – I could  not look worse. That, of course, is why it was all done behind my back – leaving  no chance to defend or protect myself, or the truth being exposed, such as how this mob was setting me up for the upcoming takeover.      

What was done to my family and me, which began  back in the 60s as our properties were being altered without out knowledge (same  time my parents were being victimized by prominent City official – my father  left hospitalized after alleged poisoning by this man) was ruthless.  As the operation continued  – the area was being planted with participants as the hell continued.  (That is what the  current multi-million dollar cover-up is about – what took place here ties into  everything I have been posting.  Never did these people expect me to still be  alive after repeated attempts to kill me – least of all expose what they are  running.)  

Fresno Vigilantes – getting by with raping, VIN  altering, talk of child-selling, child sex / dismemberment of the older ones.   They are protected from being reported or held accountable for their acts –  after all, they are the “honest and credible” people our officials protect.  Because they also used as witnesses that nothing took place – as our officials participate in the atrocities!!! 

Legal fraud, insurance fraud, estate planning  fraud.  Fraudulent accountant/s.  Death upon death as targeted properties taken  over to carry out water scam – then re-sold as “original” to unsuspecting  buyers.  Participants rewarded – vehicles, money, even housing!  Watch the trail  – see how many of the participants (in addition to their victims) are then left dead so nothing links back to  the vigilantes at the core of this operation.

Larry Gibson Painting – he takes credit for  this?!?  Of course he does.  His victim had been set up for elimination – the dead do  not expose him.  How did he  manage to paint the side of my house?  Not to mention there are no previous  layers of paint!  And the carport cut back and moved over so far the windows  will no longer open!  Which Larry claims did not take place.  I was so far gone  when I hired him to paint my house I allowed HIM to choose the colors.  How  convenient he would chose white & gray for what was taking place.

Several hundred feet cut off my home – each side of house and basement –  every room left so much smaller, which was behind the burglary/switching.  Police  reports denied – insurance claims sabotaged as this group had slithered in for  the final annihilation / takeover.

Framing / blaming others for what THEY DO. 

A nightmare that began in the 60s – one group of  participants replaced with the next group as the torch continued being passed.   Toward the end, those at the core were dancing in celebration, cheering while telling me they would soon own these properties as well as the neighbors’ properties.  JCW told  me about the insurance claim that would pay for the reconstruction of a restaurant being planned, with me scheduled to meet the others, “In another world.”   The underground and overhead utilities  had been cross-connected (explaining the decades of utility theft as well.)  A major fire was being planned – as done throughout the area over the decades as the water scam / path was being cleared down Olive Ave.  With my family and me eliminated, and these people rewarded for their participation, the truth would never be known.        

Unfortunately for our officials, I lived long  enough to expose what had taken place as well as the evidence – not only did that result in retaliation and being treated as the criminal, the multi-million dollar cover-up of these properties and surrounding area ensued.  More  altered records and denial of all.  Because what took place here verifies everything I have been saying all along.  Not only the decades of annihilation / takeovers, the methods or participants – the secret water scam which Wilbert Swieso indicated Bonadelle / City of Fresno began back in the late 50s.  As for the cover-up of evidence – it is still here for anyone who is interested or capable of seeing beyond the lies, altered records and smokescreens.

Stripped of all human / civil rights, means of  survival, family killed, loss of everything I owned, left alone and isolated,  called a “liar” by these “honest and credible” people.  All reports prohibited  so they can continue the atrocities – clearing the path behind the water scam.   I never stood a chance – nor did my family members.
